Have you found your average delay? If not, I can go into detail about that.

What frame is the Heatran you are trying to hit?

Trouble understanding the program, or trouble finding or hitting a particular delay/frame/second?
Are you trying to hatch a shiny/IV or catch a shiny/IV?
What game version, DP or Plat?

No, it would not slow your computer down. It's quite a simple program; as long as you do not search for thousands of possible Pokemon spreads, your computer should be fine.

Yep, it works on legendaries as well.
The program takes up about 270 KB.

i figure it'd be a lot easier and more productive than SR'ing, i hav platinum and ive saved the dialga, palkia, heatran, shaymin, darkrai, all the regis. do u kno how much memory it takes up though?

If you have a lot of patience and are interested in hatching or catching flawless/shiny Pokemon, then I do suggest reading the guides/tutorials and downloading it. It does work.
