I have no idea what to recommend you read first though as I've only eve read one. The one I read was "The Labours of Hercules" and it was really good (it has more than one story, actually) so that's not a bad place to start xD

I've read one and it's really good. It was the first and only time I really, really got into a crime mystery sort of book. I'd recommend you check them out, there's a lot.

I only know him as the author of Tje Shining but I'm not into horror at all >~<

I realised I had Inferno and Deception point quite literally right in front me this entire time xP

He's written a few in the fantasy genre actually, although he's better known for his horror stuff.

I have a few of Dan Brown's book too, my sister adores them. I've been meaning to read them! :D

I've heard of Stephen King but I haven't quite read any of his books. I tend to only read books in the fantasy genre more c:

At the moment I'm reading a lot of Dan Brown's Robert Langdon books (Angels and Demons, the DaVinci Code, The Lost Symbol and Inferno) they're really good mystery/thriller stories with the occasional hint of action. I always recommend those.

Honestly there's a lot of great books I love, I don't think I could fit them all in. My favourite author is Stephen King though.
