Oh, I've got good company in the boat, then! I'll get a Switch and Sword&Shield (one for my sister) after graduation.
Coming to sports, I love Football(or Soccer), Kabaddi and Cricket. You might not have heard of the other two but it's okay XD
I haven't yet watched a boxing match (ouch) but it seems like you like the sport! You've got any recommendations?
Oh, I do have a favourite game, and it is Pokémon Black 2 because I felt it was a complete experience!
How about you? Did you enjoy Alola?

Funny enough I had that idea. I was planning on marathon running through every generation. Then again finals are near and that would be a bad idea. Do you have a favorite Pokemon game by the way? You mentioned Omega Ruby which is probably in my top 3 all time favorites. I haven't played Explorers of Sky in a few years.

Also since you mentioned sports, which are you interested in if you don't mind me asking? I like MMA and Boxing. Yet I don't think there are any interesting modern boxers. There's a couple that stand out but in a poor division.

And it's okay, I haven't played them (yet) either. So we are in the same boat as that.

Pokémon was a distraction last year, I played Ultra Sun immediately after finishing Sun, which was immediately after finishing Omega Ruby. All of this was nonstop gameplay and no work. Then a phase of sports craze hit me. Now, I am able to study without last year's fuss. Recently, I finished Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky and now am doing a nuzlocke of Omega Ruby, because I have covered this year's syllabus and I can now use my time in a better way for revision. And coming to the new games, I haven't yet bought the Switch, so I'll wait for my turn.

My own graduation wasn't long ago. I was in the class of 2018, so just last year. I'll admit that my senior year was an odd year, and my worst in terms of performances. I'm painfully average academic wise, but before my senior year I had already gotten all my credits through a school funded internship program so there wasn't much left to do. I still had to attend because I hadn't taken the required gym class. But I wasn't allowed to show up and take one class, so I was placed in a bunch of other random classes that I didn't need for graduation.

I've tried meditation, but it's one of things I feel like I can never stick with.

And thank you! I'm glad to know it was a great day for you.

By the way. You mentioned being distracted by Pokemon, so have you played the newest games?

I can totally relate to this!! I am excited for 2020 solely because I will graduate from high school, but it is so very true that I feel like time should slow down! This year, I felt passed in a jiffy. The grades issue, I was complacent too, but that was last year. I managed to get good grades at the end because of some introspection. I also meditated for some time every day to avoid distractions (at that moment, Pokemon stuff :P )

Regardless of the celebrations, it was an awesome day! I know you will do it! Have faith in yourself :)

Yeah I need to perform well on finals. I was getting complacent and my grades suffered because of it.

And oh I'm not exactly excited for 2020. Sometimes wish time would slow a little. This year soared by. Are you excited for it? If so that's a good thing.

Also I wasn't aware you didn't celebrate, but I hope it was a nice day for you as it should always be. Regardless of any celebrations.

Thanks! All the best for the finals, you can do it! Life is not rough, not smooth either, but as you said, it's moving fast, hehe. I didn't celebrate Thanksgiving(never did, actually) but thanks anyway :D

Oh, and Christmas approaches! These merry post flairs are so nice! Excited for Christmas and 2020?

It's going pretty quickly. Finals are in two weeks and it's hard to believe it's 23 days until Christmas.

I hope it's moving well for you also. Also it's a bit belated but hopefully you had a great Thanksgiving.

No probs, I thank you for making a great thread ^_^

It's a cool website, by the way. How is life moving for you?

Oh, thank you! It's my first time attempting to make a topic in that section, even though I've posted there for over an entire year.

To be honest I can't remember how I found out about the random generator. When I played competitively, I would use it to randomly generate my teams as a challenge. I've given up playing competitively, but I still knew of the website.

The random pokemon appreciation thread is epic, to say the least. And, well, how did you come to know about the random Pokemon generator?
