    Its going to get alot harder because Im going to have to do a MUKload more work :P
    anyways even though you didnt do much yet. Thanks for the help though.
    especially with tile insertion. But i still cant get that to work 100% yet though :P

    Things aren't going to get harder just because I've "stepped away from your hack". Although I'm doing my own hack I can still give advice and view any problems that you are having.

    I'm sorry I've just be putting my own ideas for a hack I going to start. I'll be doing it freelance for a while. Yet I'm happy that you are full of ideas and if you wish to pass anything by I'll be more than happy to help. My advice to you is that if you are having any trouble with hack check the tutorials thread.

    the other hack we might not do or we'll wait awhile
    we need more "employees" to help out with it
    like a good spriter etc

    Thank you for letting me be in your hack as a sprite but I don't think I'll cut it as a sprite so I must decline your offer. I would also like to mention that you've chosen to make Garchomp a legendary Pokemon with better stats but I would like to mention that (I'm sure that your aware of it) Garchomp is an evolution of Gabite and the final evolution of Gible and It has a gender unlike a legendary which has no evolutions or gender but if you wish go ahead with your idea or perhaps you would like to not make it a legendary but a special Pokemon like a shiney or something. Anyway it's up to you Good Luck!

    well citrus orange is at a start
    and the hack that will randomly come together i have no idea what to do yet
    this is on a sudden notice
    but do you mind actually stopping citrus orange and working on this new hack
    citrus orange randomly died out ever since those six weeks began and it just broke up too quickly
    so anyways.... I'll have you do things I can't do or do good
    like ill map much complex maps like a mountain region... then i'll run it by you and have you fix any errors and make improvements
    then ill go run the scripting and you run the spriting etc.
    you think thattl work?
    we'll hire others for title screen and world map and music and pokemon insertion stuff
    I wanna get all the DPP pokemon in there
    and here's what im thinking!
    A garchomp as the games legendary!! seems a little silly at first
    but the garchomps stats will be AMAZINGLY high compared to now
    Hp : 160
    Atk : 140
    Def : 120
    Speed : 135
    Sdef : 90
    Satk : 100
    so garchomp will be an epic legendary for the game
    and side legends will be there
    i will insert pokemons cries so garchomp actually sounds like garchomp lol not a fearow or something
    and im also going to have team rockets next come back
    giovanni will be the battle that takes place right before the player goes to a newly done victory road etc.
    he will have:
    Level ?? Houndoom - ?? ?? ?? ??
    Level ?? Weezing - ?? ?? ?? ??
    Level ?? Persian - ?? ?? ?? ??
    Level ?? Raticate - ?? ?? ?? ??
    Level ?? Nidoking - ?? ?? ?? ??
    Level ?? Rhydon - ?? ?? ?? ??

    And the elite fours types will be
    in this order:
    Water : Prime pokemon (highest level) like garchomp to cynthia
    will be Milotic
    Grass: (its new) exegcuttor
    electric: magnezone
    Dragon : Flygon (will have much higher stats to compare to salamence and dragonite also)
    and the final one is..... YOU!!!!!!! your going to make a sprite near the end of the hack that looks some what like yourself and you get to choose 6 non legendary pokemon for your team... tell me the levels and movesets they will have and you will be the champion
    i will be in the game also....but i wont be under my sprite cuz im ugly :(
    instead ill have red's sprite but with Pkmn Master Andrew has challenged you
    and eventually a double battle of my guy and ur guy will team up and battle the main player a while after the red battle with me
    we both will have 3 pokemon as typical
    but heres the catch to it
    we have legendaries on our teams at that point
    like i lead with kyogre you lead with kingdra etc
    teamwork and strategy will still be played
    and the credits wont roll until the player has defeated our team
    the plans for this hack will be intense and we need EVERY person to help as we can get
    this hack is going to be much different from others
    as after the custom region is different
    the player will travel to sinnoh (with actuall sinnoh tiles too, no day night events will happen though)
    to go through there
    and eventually take on the elite four there
    with cynthia ofc
    all the pokemon will be level 100
    and her garchomp will be MONSTER powerful
    it will have a leftovers and with its epic defenses
    it will be a toughie to take out
    especially since the games team will be about level 85-90 at that point
    so you'll feel underleveled

    Hey man thanks SO much
    i;ve finally inserted DP style stairs n stuff
    i had to edit the size a TINY bit so it can fully fit into its slots
    I'm using graphics gale to make sure they all fit into 16x16 Squares
    thanks so much man :P
    my laptops runnin outa batteries so ill ttyl
    anyways man in a few days when i "Hone" my tile insertion skills XD
    im gonna start up a solo hack (all myself) ok.... well maybe not myself cuz i SUCK at music inserting and title screen n stuff
    but citrus orange will still be up too!
    ill have u run me the file in a few days... and i decided 100% mapping should be there before anything. like we're gonna do the whole games maps before we script
    since we already got the plot idea and everything

    ok well, i'll give it a try with your instructions. The tutorials dont seem to be thorough enough for me to fully understand
    even with the piccy's they don't seem to work.. anyways i kinda delete the citrus orange file. and when i fully learn tile insertion ill have u send it over again and ill do whats nescessary
    i also need to find some one to MAKE the files for us :P
    like for the hot air balloon

    Edit: awesome man, thanks. I managed to insert a Single tile.. I'm gonna see if i can insert a whole building :P
    I know ill need to do alot of erasor tricking with MS paint or i gotta use up palette 7!
    I'm just wondering
    if i use up palette 7 and i need to make a whole new pallete for another building (like the colors are too far-fetched to make it work in another)
    how to i get it in the map then?

    Thanks my 6 weeks have been heck-tick but I've finished my assignments finally. If you want to know how to tile insert it is pretty easy and I'll tell you in a few steps:

    1. Open Advanced maps and load the PKMN ROM you want to edit.

    2. Click on the map in which you want to add the tile.

    3. Then click on the purple puzzle piece icon then when a new window has open click on Picture -> Save tileset 1 (or 2 it is better to use 2 because it has more space then 1). I forgot to mention you need to pick the palette you want on the combo box which say Palette 0,1,2...ect. You need to do that before you save the tileset which is important. Also I think it is about Palette 7 (it may differ in game) is a blank Palette and you can choose your own Palette in Palette -> Show Palette Editor.

    4. Open the save tileset in MS paint or another image editor.

    5. Place the tile you want in the blank part of the tileset.

    6. Make sure the palette of the tile is the save as the palette of the tileset.

    7. Save the tileset and load the tileset in Advanced Maps but make sure if you saved tileset 2 you must load it in tileset 2 otherwise it won't work properly.

    8. If the tile is one shade of a colour of the tileset palette then the palette is not the right colour.

    9. Then look for the blank spots on the left hand side of the block editor screen and place your tileset in as many blocks needed. Then save.

    10. It all should work and be on the right hand side of the main Advance Map screen.
