Oh, for real? :) It's definitely worth a go, in my opinion - the puzzles can be quite challenging. Ace Attorney is kind of a VN xD It's got text-based story, although it's also focused on finding evidence for the trial, which makes it a bit point and click, almost? The AA games are great!

I actually have 999 sitting on my shelf (for about 2 years now) but never got around to playing it. I feel like I'd enjoy a lot of visual novels, but honestly, I haven't played many of them. Does Ace Attorney count lol? Because I love those.

I'd say I'm the same, although both RPGs and puzzle games mostly :) I like Point & Click Adventure too, like Monkey Island - those are fun! I've been getting more into VNs too recently, like 999 and Virtue's Last Reward (kind of puzzle games too). If you haven't played it, 999 is a really great game! Haha, FFIX is one of my favourites, it's was nice to have a game that was fantasy but also had things like airships. It had a good story too!

I play a little bit of everything, but I'm most definitely an RPG fan first. It's pretty much been that way since playing FFIX back in the day. How about you?

Oh cool, thanks :) I think I might have a copy of Graces f somewhere (my sister picked up a bunch of games a while ago), so I'll give that a go! What kinds of games do you generally play?

It's hard to recommend since everyone has varied favorites when it comes to Tales. I think Symphonia, Abyss, and Vesperia are definitely the most popular titles in the fanbase. Graces f and Xillia 1/2 for the PS3 are pretty solid.

I know! It's hard to keep up with them now xD I picked up Atelier Rorona but foolishly got stuck on one mission (I should try again with that soon).

Yes, I loves Tales of the Abyss, although I haven't played any other yet :) Are there any you'd really recommend to play after TotA? (I was very taken with that game and I'm worried others might not match it).

lol, they're way past Annie too. They're on Atelier Sophie as of right now, with a new game coming out in a few months as well.

Familiar with the Tales of series? Decided to give Tales of Zestiria another chance since I originally put just 10 hours into it before giving up. It's prequel is out the 24th of this month hence my decision to replay it, lol.

I haven't actually talked to anyone who's heard of it before! :) The series seems to be more on the Atelier Annie end of things these days, which is still good but I really enjoyed the Atelier Iris trilogy.

Oh, you have Moon version too! Which PS4 games are you playing?

Now there's a game I haven't heard mentioned in awhile. It was one of my favorite PS2 games back in the day. Surprisingly, the series is still going strong.

I'm mostly just playing Moon atm. I have a few PS4 games here and there that I'm slowly progressing through, too.

Ah, it's a shame it didn't quite capture what the other games were like - I was tempted to give it a go so I could play with a backlight, but maybe not!
Yes, playing Moon alongside replaying Atelier Iris :) How about you?

Yeah, they did. Unfortunately, it failed to capture the charm (among other things) of the first pair of games, but it's still really solid. I guess after waiting 7 years for a sequel, people were just expecting a little more from it.

Playing some Sun and Moon atm, I assume?

Thank you! Oh, I remember those :D I only played the first one, but it was fun. Didn't they release one for the DS at some point?

They're characters from Golden Sun 1 and 2. Pretty popular games during the heyday of the GBA. :)

Hello :) I was just wondering who the characters in your signature were. They look familiar!
