    Sorry I missed you last night, I was somewhat occupied. Perhaps I'll catch you tonight? =D

    I wish I was that driven, I have this very defined cutoff point when all motivation dies...even during exam periods. xD
    Looking back on it, I'd actually agree with that point stuff was just building on everything else, I finally got to look at the stock market in detail to satisfy my curiosity, and there wasn't so much to drive into your head with a stake and hammer. The second year was probably the worst, because almost everything was new content. Although I still think A-Levels are the hardest thing you can do.
    Aaaah...I'd not heard that term before, actually. xD
    Well, I did Accounting for my undergraduate degree, which enough, I guess. I didn't really socialise, but I did get a 1st out of it, so I'm happy enough~

    I really enjoyed the law and financial crime modules of my degree, so I figured I'd pursue that as a career. People make the stuff up, I pick it apart. Works for me. xD
    You could always go back and do a second degree later in life if you wanted to; a friend of mine was in her late thirties, she felt like a change of pace. I might do a law degree at some point if I can afford it.

    I can be very driven when I want to be and just work through the sleep. :3
    I agree, but I really, REALLY enjoyed the third year, it was the most fun module wise for me.
    And when I said what do you read, I mean what do you study, a lot of lecturers normally ask that or older folk! XD

    That sounds so cool, no doubt you are looking forward to it. I did consider the Forensic path at one point.

    How on earth did you manage that? I lose all motivation to work past about 2pm, unless I start at around that time. xD
    Although that said, I entered panic mode with my dissertation and was in University most days before 9am whether I had lessons or not, and I was in a lot revising for final exams as well. Third year was horrendously stressful, everything just seemed so much more important, even though things in the second year were of equal weight for the final mark. Did you have to write a dissertation, or was there a larger final project you needed to do? I think it was the constant pressure of that which made it so taxing for me at least. The second year definetely wasn't as difficult as the third, at least.

    What did I read when? O_o
    I'm doing a Master's in Forensic Accounting; induction week is actually next week, and lessons start the week after. Should be interesting...I get two days a week off according to my timetable, but have five-hour blocks in the afternoons. Apparently you need to be more independant and self-motivated in your studies,, I'll deal with it when I deal with it. I'm actually looking forward to it...wonder how long that will last? xD

    When I was studying at University, my sleeping pattern was a mess, mainly in the third year, because would end up staying up all night working on my projects and such and I normally go bed 1-2 around that time even if I wasn't working on anything, so to be tired at like 9-10 is weird for me! XD

    And thank you. Ooo, what did you read and what Master's are you doing?

    You get used to waking up early pretty quickly when you need to, I think. I've always wanted to stay up all night, or until 2 in the morning or whatever, but I wouldn't be able to sleep during the day. Habits are hard to break.

    Congrats! I graduated this year as well, but I'm doing a Master's next, partly because I don't feel that I'm ready for full-time employment yet. xD;

    Wow, fair enough. I have noticed now I am getting up early to go work, my sleeping pattern won't let me sleep pas 9-9:30 on weekends or days off. I don't mind that though, whenever I slept in, I felt like I was wasting the day.

    Well I graduated this year and I got a job at my University as an IT Technique! :3

    Aah, that explains that. Where abouts do you work? =3

    I'm up out of habit more than anything else. I'm up at around 6:30am or so most days; my little brother used to wake me up early when I was younger and more prone to sleeping in, and now I just get up automatically. Unless I'm ill or well and truly out of it, I never sleep in past 7am. xD

    Well, I am indeed because I have a job! :P
    My job starts at 8:30am and I finish at 4:30pm, well, depending on my shift, but yes I do go earlish and get up early! XD

    Why are you up anyway?

    No worries, I'll pace myself a bit. Besides, it'd look a little weird if a new member just lined the VG section with discussion topics. xD

    Accepted invite, so I shall probably speak to you somewhen soon on there...I'm usually about, although I vanish quite often due to my net cutting out for no real reason x_x

    Also, good morning! I'm admittedly a little surprised to see you up at this time of day. Guessing you're one of those rare people who actually sleeps at night and gets up before 9am? xD

    Now now, don't let all of your creative discussion out in one go, don't want to scare everyone off! :P
    Also, off to bed so will reply later!

    Feel free to add me on msn!

    Well, differences of opinion make the discussion interesting; no point in having one at all if you're just going to agree with everything everyone says. I love debating points with people, so you don't need to worry about any sycophancy or anything like that from me: if I disagree with you, I shall most definetely say so! xD

    In truth, the majority of the time people disagree with my viewpoint, so it's nice to meet someone who doesn't, at least on that one topic. People are very quick to defend their favourite series, for the most part. Which is fine, but being in the minority gets lonely sometimes ^^;

    I am glad! Don't worry if you disagree with my opinion or anyone elses. I dislike people who agree with me on every front, if you do, fair enough, but if you have a difference of opinion, SAY SAY SAY! :D And I am glad you have.
