I actually had that exact same problem on PMD2 as my wireless router wouldn't seem to play along. I think you can get access points at internet cafe's and other places like that. I always use my router at home. Good on you for EV Training a Tyranitar. He is my favorite pokemon and he is nigh indestructible in competitive battling. If you need help with movesets or anything i would be glad to help out.

Kay.. Well I'm pretty much pissed out of my mind cause my 'wireless router' (my parents said it is one, but it doesn't fricken work) doesn't connect to Wi-Fi for me, I put my DS on top of the router and it's like: 'Error, access point denied or something, move within access point.' so obviously there's something wrong with my router or its settings.. Any ideas? =(
But yeah, I recently begun getting really into competitive battling, even though I haven't had a single competitive battle -.-, and I've EV trained 3 Pokemon, Tyranitar (a week ago), Milotic (yesterday), and just today, my Trapinch. I'm doing my Starly tonight, after I level Trapinch to level 100=).

It just pisses me off that I can't connect to the internet and battle people.. Makes me so sad ='(.. Is it possible to connect somewhere outside of my house too? Like at a resturant or something?

...And lol, this is a very long post =P

I would have to say yes. It is quite fun and it is a great way to get better and learn new strategies and movesets for teams. What about you? Do you do competitive battling or what? I can't do any competitive battling now for a while as my Wi-Fi is acting up.

Well I have Blue, Red, Gold (it doesn't save?), Crystal, Ruby, and Diamond. I never play the older ones, only Diamond, and iunno, Ruby seems kinda boring to be since all the Diamond graphics are more exciting lol. Right now I'm training my level 90 Milotic in Diamond, it's been EV trained and such =P.

I got every single one up too Diamond and Pearl. I usually play Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald most of the time. It's really fun. Diamond and Pearl are getting boring. What about you?
