I could not live without snow. /Minnesotan&Wisconsinite
How long did you live there?
-
XDD
Yeeeeeees! Oh gawd, sometimes I miss Colorado so damn much. The Mountains, the Snow, and just.. a lot of it is better than Florida. However, I've gotten some pretty awesome friends here in Florida, so it's not all too bad. But I prefer Mountains over Beaches, soooo.
-
I dunno, I've never been to the Florida one. XD
Was Colorado nice?
-
Aye! I remember going to the Zoo in Denver all the time when I lived back in Colorado~
I heard the Busch Gardens in Virginia is much better than what Florida has. XD But I wouldn't know, since I haven't been there myself.
-
Zoos are amazing :D I like the Cleveland and Milwaukee ones a lot. And there is a free zoo a mile from my house. :D
I went to the Busch Gardens in Virginia, and I liked it.
-
Pffft. XDD They don't have a Zoo near where I live sadly. I kind of wished there was /likes zoos.
Florida Busch Gardens is pretty cool... until you've been there 10+ times. xD;
-
That's like me and... the MoA, Underwater World, the MN Zoo and the Science Museum. XD
I've been to Universal, but not the Florida Busch Gardens.
-
Hahaha. XD Yeah. I've been to Universal and especially Busch Gardens so many times that I know both places in the back of my hand. It's kind of sad, really, when I hear someone else say that they've never gone. XD;
-
Yeah... I like to watch and listen to people in Wisconsin Dells do that too. XD They're all like "Let's go to these six waterparks and do this tour" while I'm like "Let's play in our hotel waterpark and psycho play area. That's what we paid for it for."
-
Haha. XDD Kind of sounds like some people in Florida. They think of Amusement Parks of nothing less than something you do to every now and when, while people out of state who visit are all 'YAY AMUSEMENT PARK.' It's interesting seeing the reactions of different types of people.
-
Oh yeah... I forget about tourism sometimes. XD
It's funny that people in the Twin Cities think of the MoA as how malls generally are and it is nothing special, but others think it is so amazing and such.
-
Busch Gardens, Universal, Disney Theme Parks, Sea World... and a lot of other smaller parks. Florida's main income is tourism though, so that's why there are so many.
-
MoA and Valley Fair are basically all we have up here...
-
Oooouh, that's cool~ I think Disney might be doing something as well, but I don't know what that is. XD;
-
Camp Snoopy The Park at MoA Nickelodeon Universe does trick-or-treating on Halloween, which is kinda fun. :3
