unfortunately I'm not aware of a desktop virtualization software that is free and can allow the install of the Mac OS. however you're free to check out a couple linux distributions. they're closer to Mac than windows since both linux and Mac OS are both based of of the Unix core.
(just a little hint, caps lock can get irritating if used constantly and also connotes yelling.)
It's a program called VMware Fusion. It basically emulates my real specs so that I can run multiple operating systems at the same time without having to reboot every time. very handy, though in poor specs can be very draining. (there are other programs such as VMware workstation for windows, and Microsoft Virtual PC 2008 [free] that do the same thing, though you must have a license for each OS you install)
