Depends where I saw it and how it was being used. If it's being used on a kids party invitation or an actual comic book it can look ok. Sure it's lazy considering the amount of other typefaces there are to choose from, but if it still fits the situation I don't really have a problem with it.
The people who rage about it no matter where it's being used know nothing about typography and are going off what everyone else is saying to make themselves look smarter.
You know why I don't like browsing the Internet on a Windows XP computer? The font rendering tech is out of date. Colour fringes and lack of anti aliasing for y-direction just make things look bad with sub pixel anti aliasing, but bilevel is even worse. :p
I did setup a fallback font for the labels but I couldn't for the Hybrid because it would've messed up the positioning.
I blame screen size for throwing the x-height and baseline lable off because it looked prfect on my small screen but was off on someone elses larger screen. I can't win xD
