June 14th, 2014 2:50 PMDansparceI thought they had quite a few things that were new. There's Splatoon, which looks like it's going to be the most innovative third-person shooter in years, Codename S.T.E.A.M, which I hadn't seen enough of to properly judge. There was more on Persona Q and Xenoblade Chronicles X, as well as a bunch of indie games. Then there's Kirby and the rainbow curse, which looks like it'll be a bigger and better canvas curse and more info on Yoshi's Wooly World. Devil's third is the only game that I think looks meh, but it is nice to see Nintendo saving another game from the brink of destruction.
Toad's treasure Tracker, Mario Maker, Hyrule Warriors, Zelda U. All of those also look amazing.
(Also, Bayonetta coming packaged in with Bayonetta 2 has all of my want)
IMO, Nintendo destroyed E3. There was even little Robot Chicken segments! -
June 14th, 2014 5:40 AMEl Héroe OscuroI've got mixed feelings to be honest. Of course I'm super happy that they're coming out with a lot of 1st party IP's - Yoshi, Super Smash, Legend of Zelda, etc. - but at the same time, they're isn't really anything "new" so to speak. Then again, I didn't watch the Nintendo showcase so I'm just going off of what I've read up so I could just be speaking complete bull haha.
What about yourself? -
June 13th, 2014 6:15 PMDansparceWell I can see someone's excited about the new Zelda game.
What did you think of Nintendo's E3 showings? -
May 23rd, 2014 12:38 AMDansparceI think it was to do with the Armageddon Expo that's happening in Hamilton. He's scheduled to be a guest on one of the days (at least I think he is).

May 22nd, 2014 9:30 PMEl Héroe OscuroWoah what? That's super cray. Do you know why he was on there?

May 22nd, 2014 9:26 PMDansparceSo something pretty awesome happened today. When I was heading to school, I had been listening to morning radio. I was about to just listen to my own music when I heard some random guy come on air. At first, I didn't recognise his voice. However, he quickly introduced himself with "It'sa me! Mario!"
Somehow, a New Zealand Radio station managed to get freaking Charles Martinet onto their show. -
May 21st, 2014 1:29 AMDansparceUhh.. Yeah, I totally watch their Wind Waker Episodes... Totally.
Ok, I haven't watched a single episode of it yet. Not even Dan's episode where he talks about his depression. My only reason is that I have yet to play it (Never had the GameCube version (or a GameCube) and still don't have a Wii U) and don't want to ruin the game anymore than I already have.
What, are you going to judge me? Are you going to be a judgy Jason about this? -
May 20th, 2014 9:37 PMEl Héroe OscuroThat hour long Wind Waker episode - oh. my. god xD
-
May 12th, 2014 5:02 PMEl Héroe OscuroI actually never knew that area was available in the game, so I was quite surprised that they found that area so easily. I just don't like how they don't understand the simple concept of "souls," which is how you level up in the game.

May 10th, 2014 10:03 PMDansparce(I feel like i'm the only person in the world that's genuinely enjoying the series)
I agree with your comment on that episode, but I didn't really mind it. Besides, I can't have been the only person that found them fighting the 'secret boss' funny, was I? -
May 10th, 2014 4:38 PMEl Héroe OscuroWhy don't they target their enemies? D:
I'm okay with it. Dark Souls is a complex game to get the hang of at the beginning. Although that one episode where they customized their character for almost the entire episode was a no-no; Barry should have extended that one longer. -
May 10th, 2014 1:25 PMDansparceHey, What do you think of the Dark Souls II Steam Train so far?
-
April 22nd, 2014 7:53 PMDansparceNah, I don't have a strong enough computer to emulate it. Anyway, It wouldn't be the same playing without a ps2 controller.
And yeah, that moment has become one of my favourite. It's probably the pure shock and despair, followed by Danny's grief and anger towards Arin that does it for me. -
April 22nd, 2014 10:50 AMEl Héroe OscuroMaybe there's an emulated version you can find out there that you can play? Who knows, that's the cheapest way I can think of obtaining it.
The Game Grumps playing Shadow of the Colossus was actually the reason I went out and got the game! I had always meant to play it, but was always too lazy to just go out and buy it haha. When they uploaded their first video of it I pulled a "damn it" because I didn't want to ruin the game for myself by watching it, so I actually didn't watch that GG series until literally last week. Arin pulling that Agro-moment is up there as one of my favorite Game Grumps moments. Was it a cruel move on his part? Hell yeah. But for people like us who had played the game, it was absolutely hilarious to see Danny's pure reaction from it haha xD -
April 20th, 2014 11:20 PMDansparceI literally can't . It was only a rented copy, PS2 versions are absolutely impossible to find in New Zeapand and I don't have a PS3.
So yeah.... I'd like to finish it, but I can't.
Luckily for me, game grumps finished it for me (Arin was such a cruel b**** to Danny. As soon as he began talking about how great Agro was, I lost it.)
