Oh a long time span xD But at one point in high school I was up to 230 lbs and right now I am at 175ish. I was at 200 before I started really trying hard to lose weight.
Ah I see. Well, I thought I remembered there being a way to do like, a different kind of pushup that exercised the muscles in a similar way but didn't require the actual laying on the ground push up exercise itself. Idk how to find that out though. :\
How do you position yourself for it? On your hands and toes, hands a fair distance apart, lowering your body until your chest is just a tad above the ground, and then back up, right? If you can't do it that way, then yeah, something is up. 0_o
