I always liked to assume that Hugo's father was Riou (SII protagonist), but that's just me. Cheesy, but fun.

Wakaba's a girl. D: And yeah, I liked the cast of Suikoden III overall the best, although Futch was at his best in Suikoden II. Leon and Albert were both great, I agree; I think Albert wins in my book, though, since he actually succeeded in getting what he wanted out of Luc and escaped completely unharmed.

I didn't really care much for Georg in Suikoden V either, he came off as decidedly less rude and vulgar... he was almost boring. Maybe it was the deadpan voice acting, I dunno.

If that isn't reason enough to play the game, then I don't know what is.

Really? So Lucia was suppose to be playable then? Maybe then we could have learned who Hugo's father really is. ;D Haha, pointless? I guess. He's still rather popular among the fandom.

Luc? Interesting choice. I honestly never thought much of him. He's definitely better than Sasarai though. :O Wakaba seems like a random choice. I used him a couple times in 2. Futch, Caesar, and Fred? I'm guessing you enjoyed the cast of Suikoden III then? As for mine, I really like most of the Silverbergs for some reason. Mathiu and Leon being my favorite. Eleanor sucked, but that's about the only one. Even Albert was amusing. I like Georg in 2, but not so much in 5. Nice to know of his past history though. Cathari, Clive, Humphrey and Tengaar are some other favorites.

Pesmerga actually wasn't suppose to be in the second game at all; apparently Lucia was suppose to be in his place but they replaced her with Pesmerga due to time constraints. Kind of proves how pointless he is as a character.

Luc's definitely my favorite, I have a soft spot for the arrogant young mage stereotype. I still rage over the ending of Suikoden III. Futch, Viki, Wakaba, Caesar and Fred are also very awesome.

It's more like the human girl has a thing for Sonic, which honestly makes it even more creepy than it already would be. >_<

I guess you're right. He could be dead after all, though it's highly unlikely. He probably still bears the Circle Rune. Now that you mention it, Windy in Suikoden IV would have made a lot of sense. Ted would have to been given a greater role in the story, but I see how it could of worked since she's after the Soul Eater. Yuber's appearance in 1 and 2 didn't really reveal much, and in even 3 were he's one of the main antagonists. I was surprised Pesmerga wasn't in 3. There's still a continent yet to be explore in the series, so I think a couple more games are likely. Btw, have a favorite character in series? ;D

Really? That bad? Haha. I thought Silver sounded like a cool character. Doesn't Sonic have a thing for a human in that one? lol

Hikusaak's too big of a guy to talk about anytime before the last game, unless maybe it was a prequel all about him. Yuber definitely needs to make a come back, though. Ted was alright in SIV, but it felt like really bad fanservice more than anything; they could have brought in Windy and Neclord and his wife and actually built upon the character, but they didn't really go anywhere with it.

The 360/PS3 Sonic the Hedgehog is basically the worst game in the franchise, it felt like it was half finished. Assload of glitches, poor level design, bad camera, terrible voice acting and Silver is basically the worst character ever. Anthromorphic psychic hedgehog from the future? No thank you. >_<

I don't think Suikoden VI would be the last. There's still too many unanswered questions to fit into one game. Plus, there's still about 9 True Runes that haven't been revealed. Only reason I want the setting in Harmonia is to learn about Hikusaak. Heard of the name? He's one of the enigmas of the series. You could throw Yuber in that as well. 4 may not have done much for the canon, but I thought 5 did quite a bit. Only thing I really liked about 4 is using Ted. ;D As you can tell, I'm a Suikoden nerd. =/

Lol, that's what I thought. I'm not sure what the premise of the game was, but I could tell immediately the game wasn't gonna be very good. What about the one for the PS3? With Silver and all those other new characters?

Harmonia would be pretty interesting, but I'm hoping they save it for the final game in the series. Honestly, though, I think I wouldn't mind VI being the last; considering the past two games have done little-to-nothing for the canon, they might as well wrap things up before they meander around the timeline too much.

I have played Shadow the Hedgehog, and it's just as bad as you probably heard it was; very, very little about that game was good. Sonic Chronicles, despite it's flaws, was a charming and fun game.

Conway skin FTW. I'm a little surprised at how few skins I like out of the selection, though, considering how many there are...

Despite only owning 3 games for the Dreamcast I thought it was an amazing system. It's too bad it only had a short lifespan. Yeah, I really don't get the point of the spin-off either. I'm still eagerly awaiting Suikoden VI. I'm curious as to where it will take place, and where in the Suikoden time line. I'm hoping for Harmonia. ;D Though I do think Suikoden IV did go back a bit too much. 150 years before the first? :O

I've haven't played any of the Sonic handhelds. I did laugh at first at the idea of a Sonic RPG, but I was surprised to see generally good reviews on it. Btw, have you played Shadow the Hedgehog? I'm just wondering.

The skin is probably still up because it's now the default skin. You can just change it if you want to.

My friend, the Dreamcast is always relevant. It is a timeless wondermachine that should be loved by all. D:

I'm really not interested in the Suikoden DS game no matter how good it is; call me shallow but the mere fact that it's in an alternate dimension sealed that games' fate for me and I want nothing to do with it. Makes no sense that they'd start fresh after 5+ games of building up a great timeline.

Sonic's had some problems in recent years, yeah, but his handheld games have been really good; the two Sonic Rush games for the DS were no less than fantastic and Sonic Chronicles was a pretty good RPG, IMO.

Any reason why the April Fools' Day skin is still up?

Most of the reviews on the Suikoden DS game have been good. Everyone was praising it's great storyline. Eh, I'm not interested in it. Suikoden VI shouldn't be that far off anyways. :D Jet Set Radio sounds familiar. I might have rented it back when the Dreamcast was still relevant.

No love for the manly Chie? :O Honestly, I'm not a fan of the recent Sonic games. Last one I really enjoyed was Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast.

Lol, FFX-2 was horrendous. FFX was alright, and I could barely get into FFXII. The battle system just didn't do for me. Bioware, huh. Haven't played anything besides Mass Effect and Jade Empire from them.

April Fool's Day is totally my least favorite holiday. Meh, maybe if I had been around earlier I would be able to appreciate the joke.

Yukiko's gigglefits never really did much for me... but she was better than Chie, definitely. FES is great, only played about half of P2 though. The translation of P1 was too bad for me to bother, but I'll probably pick up the PSP remake.

Aside from MegaTen, I play a pretty wide range of games. Always been a huge Sonic fan, and I buy anything and everything Bioware produces. Final Fantasy, as previously discussed, is awesome; I absolutely hated FFX, X-2, XI and XII though so hopefully XIII will turn out good. Suikoden, of course, although the DS abomination really turned me off. Jet Set Radio is probably the best game no one played. Most of my favorite RPGs seem to be on the SNES. :O
