Actually, none of the things in the "things that haven't been made into Pokemon yet" list count as my concept, only the things that I actually planned out. I can give them names and such if you really don't want to, though.

Anyways sure, grass type, a carrot which uses its eye-like pattern on the leaves to scare predators away, sending them a warning message "Boss Carrot sees everything", name...
Resizing sprites is a lot easier than you may think; reduce the sprite to just the outline, resize it, and redraw the parts that get messed up. My back sprite tutorial has a decent little section on resizing, if you're interested.
Of course, the size of a carrot isn't really a big deal; what you SHOULD be doing is providing names and information for your creations. ;)
