Making an actual userbar graphic is just done with any image editor like Paint, Photoshop, or GIMP.

If you mean the little userbars by people's names when they post; they're used for specific things, like sponsorship or moderating. I don't think you can just make one and attach it to your profile, to be honest.

If I haven't answered your question you should ask a staff member, they're bound to know more about it than me!

I don't really know what to tell you, I've checked the link and it directs to the right place, for me. Just go to the very first post in the thread and you'll see the tutorial :)

I know how to insert tiles (and a tiny bit of pixel art), it's just that I wanted to look at the link you gave me but when I got there there was no tutorial! Only comments! Do you think you could help?

I under stand everything you said. I just wanted to say that I did make this. You see, alot of people don't hack Pokemon Emerald so I made this.

I do know, but unfortunately it wasn't approved. Things like that generally don't warrant their own threads, since they're useful but not altogether hard for someone to figure out by themself. In this case, someone just needs to open a map in A-Map and look at the Tileset tab to see what number is assigned to a Tileset. You could put your guide in a text file and post it in the Resources thread, however:

Please note that you should only post things here that YOU made.
