No problem. EV training does have an effect on the Pokemon, no matter what level, though. I have a level 41 Golem with a 252 atk/ 252 def/ 6 hp spread and it's stats are 127/130/148/52/67/49. So depending on the Pokemon it can be good or bad. Try experimenting with different teams, though. I am just getting into competitive battling and have learned a lot just from watching.

Thanks for the insight. I really don't know much about EV trained pokemon, The Tournaments rules State no pokemon above the lvl 50 may be used, that's why I'm looking for lvl 50 pokemon. What I was planning on doing was Breeding lvl 100 EV pokemon so The offspring would be stronger than a normal caught one...
Thanks for your input. =]

I saw that you were looking for an EV trained Umbreon, Starmie, and Blissey below level 50 for some championship and thought I would point out something.
Now I am not an expert EV trainer, but I am a pretty competent one. The effects of EVing show up at level 100, with the certain stats being changed to higher than they would without being EV trained. At level 50, these stats would not be at the best they could be for that level, because the training is meant for level 100 battling and it shows up over time. It might work for level 50 battling, but that's just how I view it.
