    Save it, then go back to Block Editor, go to Picture: Load Tileset 1, load the Tileset you were editing

    No, as long as it isn't public.

    Anyway, Copy and Paste your tile into the Tileset, replacing any other tiles that are old, or into blank space (it actually is more sense to recolour it then, I don't know why i said recolour it before)

    um... i am not putting it into the actual hack - i have a test rom so that if i make a mistake then i dont have a wacky hack tileset!

    wso this isnt the hack - do i still need permission?

    As soon as you have, recolour the tile so it fits into the tileset, and uses the same colours.

    Right, open both the Tileset and the tile you wish to insert in Paint.
