    Yay, your online again!

Anyways, there is no callasm involved. Set the variable 4052 (Or the one you chose), and do a normal textbox while in fadescreen. Then set 4052 back to 0. To change the textbox to the middle, use writebytetooffset 0x6 0x020204b4. 0x6 is the 8x8 block position from the top. The default is 0xF.

As for the previously on your journey thing, it's at diegoisawesome's miscellaneous finds.

P.S. You might want to look here. It's my latest tool. :)

I have some questions for you my friend.
You know the ASM you posted about textbox fading.
Well how do you decide what it says in a script?
I'm guessing you call the callasm and have the variable 0x4052 set.
Do you do a normal msgbox or something?
Also you mentioned you removed the previously on quest from the start of the game.
Any chance you could share the asm onto how to do that? :)

I know Animal crossing has nothing to do with Pokémon but its a good way at showing seasons.

You should make the grass green in spring, greener in summer, brown in autumn and white in winter :)

Basically, all the code will do is check the month, and if it's a certain season that month, then it'll have a different pallet loaded from an offset in the game. Quick question: Should the grass (Not wild battle) be orange in fall, or stay green? And should the grass in winter be white? (wild grass)

Sounds like your working on something quite complex.
I don't quite understand how inserting code on the palette loading function will enable seasons?
Do you mean, if it's winter the palette that is usually for trees, grass, etc will be white instead of the usually green to make it look like its snowed?
As for using Colcolstyles flashback script, you know I'm not good at ASM so I'm very greatful for his help. :)
I know that you don't like to take advantage of others but it never hurts to ask.
If the person says no you haven't lost anything you didn't have before.
Plus at the end of the day if they say yes you can use it in your hack and make them feel proud knowing that other people are appreciating their work.

    Sorry for the paragraph. :)

Hey, just wanted to tell you what I was working on.

At the moment, I've been researching how map pallets were loaded, that way I could set a breach to my own code, to load the pallet differently, for events such as seasons. I might actually let ya use it once I figure it out, and I also might try making a flashback effect similar to ColColStyles. (Why don't I just ask him? Because I don't like to take advantage of others, you'll see that a lot.)

Well don't get stressed over it.
If you can't get it working just leave it out.
One day JPAN might get round to elaborating it a bit more. :)

Hey it's Astar from TPB (My username sucks on PC, no capitals, etc.)
I just thought I'd get you as a friend on here too. :D
Did you try out the Shiny ASM you found on here, or are you too busy trying to get the berry system to work?
