September 25th, 2009 4:47 AMderozioYeah maybe.
And I don't know Mr. Abott.
Thanks for the HGSS help. :) -
September 25th, 2009 4:43 AM>Feelings<Oh, then I think you are following a local education system devised by your own country.
Wait, slow down there. Do you know a book from the writer Abott for physics?
Well, all you gotta do is receive the Master Ball from Professor Elm, and then go to the Ecruteak Dance Theater.
There, you have to defeat all the five Kimono girls in one go. After that, you have to head for Lugia or Ho-oh, depending on your version. -
September 25th, 2009 4:13 AMderozioIts english medium. And I'm in ninth standard. I really don't know whatever that O level is. :\
Maths:
This book is from the 'National Council of Education Research and Training'. Many people have contributed to make this book-Head Publication Department: Peyyeti Rajakumar. Chief Production officer: Shiv Kumar. Chief editor: Shveta gupta. Chief Business manager: Gautam Ganguly. Assistant Editor: Gobind Ram. Production Assistant: Parkash Tahilyani.
Physics(Physics/Chem/Bio are integerated into a single book.)
Same as the above^.
BTW Do ya know what to do to make kotone leave my way after I have won all the 8 badges? What do I have to do now? She isn't letting me to Kanto! Please answer! -
September 25th, 2009 4:01 AM>Feelings<It isn't a specific type or anything. What standard are you in again? And do you know whether or not you have to give the O levels or not? Is your study medium in the English Medium?
Tell me the name of the writer of you Physics and Math book. That might also help me analyse a bit more. -
September 25th, 2009 3:57 AMderozioWell, It has English, Science(It contains Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Maths, Social Studies(Hist/Civics/Geog/Economics) and Hindi. So what type is it?

September 25th, 2009 3:52 AM>Feelings<Being offended and being disturbed is not the same thing. What I meant is that they don't agree with my beliefs.
No big deal.
Okay then, let's find out what your one is like...
Tell me about the subjects that you have. -
September 25th, 2009 3:45 AMderozioThanks. I thought that I lost a friend.XD
But if you weren't offended then why were you disturbed? I think that I had already told ya that I had forgotten your age then. And I wrote all that stuff thinking that you're of my age. I guess I should pay attention everywhere. :P
And its not that I don't want to tell ya my syllabus. Its just that I really don't know what types of syllabuses are there. And as I study in India I guess that I study under the one in India. I really don't know....:\ -
September 25th, 2009 3:29 AM>Feelings<You're welcome! It's something that I seem to be good at - probably one of the few things that I'm good at.
Lol, no, nothing like that.
I guess it's hard to show any mood or feeling over the internet, so I should probably add some emoticons to show that I'm not offended, like this - :)
But really, I wasn't offended, but rather disturbed that you think this way. It's your choice. All I can do is provide advice of sorts.
So, you didn't tell me what syllabus you are studying under. I just wanted to know the type of education you are having to deal with. -
September 24th, 2009 9:11 AMderozioOkay. I'll take your advise and try to relax myself a little.
(I had just forgotten that you're older than me and have been through all that already XD.)
Thanks. You really make one feel good.
EDIT: I'm sorry if my last VM offended ya. I am a moron ya see :P. I sometimes just blabber whatever comes to my mind even without thinking. I'm sorry if I offended you in any way.:'( Sorry again... -
September 24th, 2009 6:23 AM>Feelings<Everyone slacks at times. Heck, I slack almost all the time, lol.
But I should point out that you gave even the littlest bit of effort, and that's all that is needed.
I know what you are trying to imply, but that is primitive thinking for the society you live in.
Studying is important for having a better chance of living a better life, but life itself comes before any of it. Therefore, you must remember that studying is something you should do for your own good, but you should never push its importance.
It isn't nearly as important as many other things in life. It is optional - something that is solely designed to make your life's experience better.
People who suicide for these small reasons are probably the most stupid people of all. Their mistake are big, yet they never realize what they're actually doing, and the costs that come with it.
What syllabus are you studying under? The syllabus provided by the British Council?
In all cases, let me tell you that I have already passed this stage of life, so you should probably mark my words when I say something - just so you know.
You really don't need to think that I don't know how seriously it can be taken, but I'm just letting you know what should be done in truth. -
September 24th, 2009 1:49 AMderozioYeah I know. But I can't say that I gave it my all. I tried a lot but I still slacked a little(I'm lazy you know! XD). So whatever is over is over, I'm gonna get it in near future. So its no problem for me.

And BTW studies are considered 'everything' here. The people here are really competitive and some of them live only to study and achieve.
For example: There have been many cases here in which the students didn't get their desired percentages in tenth standard. The commited suicide due to it.
They should have not taken such an action. Afterall life is like a roller coaster.
I know that being well educated doesn't always guarentee sucess but its really important for me. And the next year is gonna be a year full of difficulties for me.I'm gonna be under a lot of pressure.I'm in ninth standard now(similar to ninth grade) and I'll be in tenth in the next year. And the year of tenth standard is considered the most important year of one's life here. Even twelth standard is equally(but maybe to a less degree) important. So the next three years are gonna be really harsh to me.
Hmm... your profile still doesn't look like what I was talking about...Don't worry. I'll get to the correct one real soon :P.
NOTE: If you wanna know how seriously the tenth standard is taken by the people, then ya can ask someone like darkprince(the rom hacker of pokemon gotta catch em all!). He's in tenth standard now. -
September 23rd, 2009 6:51 AM>Feelings<You tried a lot for the exams, didn't you? Then it's really stupid to make such moves. It's not like you didn't try at all or something...
Studying is not all that life contains...
Hmm... your profile still doesn't look like what I was talking about... -
September 20th, 2009 12:24 AMderozioLooks like my profile suits Kai's colours. I customised it again and thought that whatever you had said was actually correct. XD
-
September 19th, 2009 3:07 AMderozioI refused coz I wasn't satisfied by my performance in my exams. I got nearly full marks in all of my subjects but I got some really low marks in maths. In the end I got a total of 91%. If my marks in maths would have been good then my percentage in the exams would have been 97-98 something.
I thought that I should punish myself this way.... -
September 18th, 2009 9:06 PM>Feelings<I know that it's that awesome!
Why did you refuse?
