September 17th, 2010 6:05 AMderozioFirst off, I'd like to say that your theme is ftw. Profile is ftw. Bio is ftw. Everything's ftw, actually. ..aand glad that you're back, Mooji. :]

September 11th, 2010 6:58 AMSerene GraceI'm pretty sure I've taken only two or three. But yeah, I've taken a short leave of absence due to personal reasons.

September 10th, 2010 11:17 PMderozioDLoA? Ha ha, this has to be like..the third or fourth time I've seen you without the mod badge. But of course, you've got your life outside. XD;

July 15th, 2010 4:54 AMderozioWhoa, that's something! Never really knew that, tbh. xD;
The word 'hex' immediately brings 'six' into my mind. Thus, never could've bothered to think about it.
Oh, that's really good. It implies that you're a really nice profile designer and are good at GFX as well. You're quite talented, Mooji! 8D
And well, seeing that you're good at gfx and all..I'd like to show something to you:
Spoiler:
How is it, bro? It might suck a bit but yeah, that's what I'm capable of doing atm. xD; -
July 14th, 2010 10:14 AMSerene Grace..oh, and I did make my profile myself, thanks for asking. I [jheart] it too :3
-
July 14th, 2010 10:13 AMSerene GraceIt is a hexadecimal number? I simply used a shortened version because, if you look at the binary of the number, then you'' notice that the "0's and 1's" stay the same for certain numbers, meaning that you can half the binary and the hexadecimal and still get the same result.
-
July 13th, 2010 5:00 AMderozioI don't understand though...why didn't you use a hexadecimal number over there? Why only 'three' digits instead of 'six'? :o
Btw, I can stare at your profile for hours. It's really good. (b")b
Did you do it yourself, tho? >:3 -
July 12th, 2010 7:02 AMSerene GraceNo problems! By the way, I made a mistake on the border bottom markup.. it's actually border-bottom: 1px solid #333 instead of #fff. XD;
-
July 12th, 2010 2:02 AMderozioWell, I'm pretty sure I get it now. Thank you for explaining all that to me, bro. It's appreciated. :]

July 11th, 2010 11:32 AMSerene GraceOh right, I thought so. There are a couple of ways of doing it:
Firstly, PC created easy h1 tags to add before your selection of text and that automates the underline process.
Hello There!
..this makes:
Hello There!
Secondly, you can use CSS. For this, you need the border-bottom markup for the process. An example is shown below:
[css-div="font-family: "Georgia"; font-size: 20px; border-bottom: 1px solid #fff;"]Hello There[/css-div]..this makes:
Hello There
As you can see, the CSS way give you so much more power over what the border and font looks like (border style, border width, border colour, etc) while the
tags are easy to use but they restrict you to one style. (Note: You can also use h2 tags to make slightly smaller text) -
July 11th, 2010 10:12 AMderozioI made something like the sig for an example:

How do one make that sort of line appear? :o
Okay, if you say so. :] -
July 11th, 2010 10:05 AMSerene GraceHmm, is it an image effect? Typography? Or the box-model style?
You.. probably should! XD; -
July 11th, 2010 10:02 AMderozioWell, the thing is...I don't think I can find an example atm. Everone who used to use it changed their signatures. :B
Yeah, I know. But well, be sure to enter the next one, okay? I'll give a heads up if you want. :] -
July 11th, 2010 9:58 AMSerene GraceYou mean the underline? O:
..or like a content page style that links to specific items? Ah, you should send me an example. :)
Also, I would have, but a bit late now. XD; -
July 11th, 2010 9:56 AMderozioOh, that's good to know. Srsly. :]
How to add the 'rule'? Aka the 'horizontal rule' in html, you know? I've seen some signatures with 'em and wanna use it sometime in the future. :B
And dude, you need to enter PPC. I'm serious.
