    How'd you lose it during the first few years of those five?

    I've been obsessed with it for the past two years, but I've read all the chapters on mangafox and I've read the D/P and Platinum summaries on Serebii. XD Actually, I first discovered it 5 years ago, but I didn't find it again until two years ago. ^^;

    Yep Yep, to me they look similar to the manga counterpart of them. Anyway, how long have you been readin the manga again?

    They look really different to me. The eyes, the hair in general...Idk, maybe that's just me. I prefer to judge characters on their personalities, maybe on their looks as well, since I'm totally obsessed with Gold. XD And it just isn't Gold without that billiard cue and his awesome goggles. X3 And actually, Marina and Crystal look really different, hair color and their bangs and such. But again, they are similar in the fact that I think they like each other in both the anime and the manga. ^^ Ah, if only the manga had more hints then the anime...

    Lol, nonetheless though, Jimmy was still based off og Gold [his apperance in look] and the same for Marina as well.

    That wasn't Gold, it was Jimmy/Kenta. They aren't the same person-in fact, their personalities are totally different. Not to mention Gold looks way more awesome. XD Same with Crystal. That wasn't her. The Crystal in the manga does NOT have a crush on Lance and she has a Meganium, not a Feraligator. Plus she has amazing capturing skills and she's a researcher, not a coordinator. The only thing I approve about those two characters is that that's what Mangaquestshipping was named after. XD

    Gold was in anime form once in the Pokémon Chronicles Legend of Thunder; so was Kristal too.

    Then the anime would have totally PWNED, hands down. Not to mention we wouldn't have all these anti-pokemon haters claiming that Pokemon is retarded because they watched the first season of the anime. OMG, Gold in anime form...XDDDD Yeah. I wish. X3

    Hmm, I wonder what the anime would have been like if copied off exactly from the anime?

    The man who created Pokemon, Satoshi Tajiri, said this and I quote: "This is the comic that most resembles the world I was trying to convey." I got it from mangafox. If the creator of pokemon thinks it's realistic, how much better can you get?

    The manga does portray a more realistic story of the Pokémon world compared to the anime; at least that is what I've heard.

    I guess it is the different way you look at it with the anime as everyone has a lot of opinions on this one anime.

    Oh yeah, they may never evolve Buneary since it has it's relationship with Pikachu. I can't really imagine it's evolved form trying to win Pikachu over. That would be awkward. X3 I have no idea. I don't really like Piplup, especially since they decided not to evolve it. I like it in the game, mind, just not in the anime.

    That makes sense. Except for that last one. At least May's Blaziken was cool and totally owned other pokemon in battling. Mamoswine...Meh.

    Swinub evolved first because it simply had to learn a move. Buneary has to evolve through happiness, so I guess it still needs to grow some more [if they plan on evolving it]. Anyway, how could you forget Piplup, [/lol] the penguin who is always shown all the time. >.<

    Anyway, Dawn was basically given a Mamoswine for many reasons in the show. One, to showcase the Pokémon, two so she can learn how to train a Pokémon to obey her, and thirdly because all of her Pokémon are cute, so it was time for a difference. It is like May and her Blaziken.
