    Step six
    - Inserting your new tiles into the actual tileset.
This is the final step to it all. You can now see your tile, but it is not yet inserted and ready to use. When you click on your new tile, you can see where it grabs a little 8x8 slice of it. This allows you to better adjust your tiles.

So in order to completely insert your tile, click a empty space in the left box in the block editor like so:

    Spoiler:

You can see up/down is displayed as like a layer type deal. On down you can set the grass like I did, and on up you can set anything that will over over top of it. In my case, I put the rock over top of it. You will be switching between palettes a lot to do this.

When you're done with a tile, click the "Save" button a little to the right so that it saves your tile. Keep repeating until you're done inserting you're new tiles.
Hi, i get a problem when i have to do the thing above, so i pick one of the standard grass tiles as the "Down" and a piece of my tile as the "Up" but when i click "SAVE" it overwrites the grass tile, how to i get some grass as "Down but still put it on a blank black spot"

That's what I was saying in that last comment. :P

    Set your tile like so:

Don't erase over the grass, just set your tile in the blank space next to it.

And for when the tiles get distorted just click Palette -> Write Palette changes to rom.

im sorry to bother you, but let me explain you this clearly: Ok, i load Tileset 2 in the right palette! Ok, then in the left Tileset box, i pick my grass tile as the bottom layer, and then i press all 4 8x8 tiles from the right Tileset to place over the grass tile, so in the picture with the bottom layer and top layer next to eacho other, it shows that on the bottom layer is the grass tile i chose(Perfect) and next to it where it shows the top layer, it shows the 4 8x8 tiles that i chose(perfect) But know i dont know what to do, if i save it over writes the grass tile and if i press the BIG SAVE button, the tiles in the left Tileset get kinda disorted, but doesent affect any, and then theres plenty of black space under them and the grass tile is still disorted so i was just wondering how i get my Bottom/top layered Tile onto the Left Tileset without overwriting the grass tile i chose, :)

Oh I see! Along the top of the block editor, click Palette-> Write Palette Changes to rom.

This happens when you haven't saved in awhile. It squishes the tileset.
Remember to set your ground tiles on the bottom and anything you want over those tiles on the Up too! Bu ti'm sure you know this. :)

Yeah, but when i press, the save button suddently lots of space appears below the left tileset and it still overwrites the other tile, you probably explainded perfectly on your tutorial but ima a bit of an idiot :)

After you're done editing the tile, just press the "Save" button that's a little bit to the right of the bottom/up tile box. It's a big button.

And sorry for the late response, I'm responding to a lot of PMs and posts right now. @[email protected]

Hi, Sorry to bother you again. But i got to the part in your tutorial, where i just imported my tileset and i have to insert them into the left box, But when i choose a tile to be the bottom layer it overwrites it? How do you place a new tile, i mean. How do i put the tile from the right box with the bottom layer set, how do iplace it on a bkank tile? Thanks in advance :)
