December 21st, 2011 1:55 PMRogue planetI don't eat dessert
I'm just eating copious amounts of cereal and cold fake meat -
December 21st, 2011 1:44 PMEsperAt least you have desert.
Though there are a lot of deserts which can be really unappealing.
I take it back. You have nothing going for you. Time to start foraging in the wilderness. -

December 13th, 2011 2:39 PMEsperHm, well my idea of cooking is boiling water + pasta do.
But damn, if I could actually cook I'd be making all kinds of things with curry. All I can manage right now is putting the instant stuff in a big pot of water and then adding in veggies. -
December 13th, 2011 2:35 PMRogue planeti dont think i could do that lol, raw food doesnt appeal to me. but it doesnt matter because i actually really enjoy cooking, I used to want to be a chef, but as a profession its not so great.

December 13th, 2011 2:23 PMEsperOne thing I like which doesn't involve any cooking is taking some uncooked broccoli and cauliflower, breaking it into small pieces, sprinkling in some sunflower seeds and raisins, and then adding some salad dressing. Sometimes I even leave out the raisins and seeds or even the cauliflower.

December 13th, 2011 1:34 PMRogue planetAahhhh fair enough. I usually do that to, I guess there isn't much to offer, but I can't afford to be picky when I refuse to eat meat. What is your favourite dish though? I just like having an idea, fancy or not.

December 11th, 2011 12:19 PMEsperI should, but I'll need to find a good copy.
Most of the food I make is stuff like some pasta with some spices, or a salad with tofu, or rice with kimchi on it. Basically, something really simple with one or two things added to it. I've tried to make an eggplant gratin with tofu instead of cheese, but I'm not that good with those more complex dishes so it turned out kind of bland and a little burnt. And for even simpler things I have cereal or toast. I really don't make any interesting dishes. I don't have the patience to cook fancy. -
December 11th, 2011 4:56 AMRogue planetwell I would recommend watching it again, it reminded me of Whisper of the Heart, so I think you'd like it.
What kind of things do you make? I've basically just got a ton of rice & noodles and mix them with tofu, pak choi, beansprouts, a few other vegetables and some herbs. Nice, but gets a little repetitive after a while. -
December 10th, 2011 7:27 PMEsperThat movie I only saw once from a bootleg copy with bad subtitles and it was before I knew much Japanese so when I say I've seen it you have to understand that my eyes were open and the images were flashing in front of them, but that might be all you can say.
And I don't know any websites with recipes at all. I have this book, but that's all I really know. Everything I make is just thrown together.
