Yeah, I tried comparing the two scripts and found very little similarities.

Debating on possibly moving back before he updated it and trying to port bugfixes, but that sounds inefficient really. Doubt a lot of things would be compatible either.

Not fun at all. I tried my hand at it and managed very little. Maruno just revamped the whole thing to use images for each move.

Yeah, it was easier to mess with in the Poccil era but Maruno changed it up when he went to gen 4. Only possible solution Ican think of is re-writing it entirely, and yeah...Not fun.

I actually managed to get most of it to work. I got the interface almost entirely set up, but the latest version of essentials radically differs from previous ones in the scene where you pick the moves. That's the biggest (and only) problem.

Battling is a pain in the ass, to be honest. I've decided to save it for last as it just completely melts my brain.

I noticed you created a sort of Gold Engine using Essentials. I've been working on a GenII project for a while now ( the thread if you're interested), but have unfortunately run into some problems, especially regarding the battle scene (specifically the sections of the PokemonBattle scripts concerning the parts for picking the moves).

tl;dr Was wondering if you have any experience in the field and, if so, if you would be willing to help me get that into place.
