No worries man, I understand you're busy.
But yeah, if that's no trouble to you guys that would be awesome! It'd really help us out. :P
Usually we're limited to only mentoring 3 people, but our only emulation section mentor has had to break that rule due to the fact that we're getting so many new hackers.

Hey man, sorry it took so long to respond, I came on at least 3 times to do so and somehow never got it done :(

I understand the problem, and while I won't name anyone (in case they mightn't want to do it) there are plenty of people who could help out in getting others started on ROM Hacking. I can post an announcement in the forums informing Emulation's regulars about it and point them to the application thread, if you like? That should get some people to apply, and there's surely going to be two suitable people amongst them.

Sorry again for the delay :(

Gira, sorry to bother you about this, but the new user section needs a little help. :<
There is an abundance of new hackers who are looking for a mentor to adopt them to help them around the ROM hacking section, but the only hacking/emulation mentor is already pretty busy.
Some of the users lacking a mentor are getting a bit discouraged by this.

The mentor program is looking for two users who would be willing to help new users out with the ROM Hacking section.
Do you perhaps know of some experienced hackers who would be willing to mentor, or a way to get the announcement out to some of the hackers?

I was thinking of just posting it in the stickied ROM Hacking Discussion thread, but was afraid it wouldn't be relevant.
    Here's the announcement:

    Yup! :D
My father was full blown Irish and my mother is Irish-American. I was raised in the states, so I don't really have a thick accent like my father had. Every now and then it'll become apparent though!

I don't stalk- I come across VMs on people's pages that intrigue me :3

Are you really Irish/your parents really Irish? As Abnegation said, there's more of us here than you'd think ;)
