Oh. I use PKSV and I think it's much easier to use - it's really useful when making movement scripts. And the commands I gave you only work for PKSV, so I can't help you with XSE.

Oh, almost forget - the [red_fr] in the string doesn't work with XSE or PKSV. You should search what you need to use there - I don't know that :)

If you're gonna use PKSV, you can use this script: it's your script, but altered to work with PKSV and probably with XSE aswell.

    #org OFFSET HERE
    msgbox DIFFERENT OFFSET
    callstd MSG_FACEPLAYER
    end

    #org DIFFERENT OFFSET
= [red_fr]Welcome to the PokéGarden, please\ndont disturb the Pokémon while your\lhere.\lHope you enjoy your stay.

Note that XSE and PKSV, if I'm right, don't work with @offsets.

If I'm right, then you're using PokeScript. You should try a different script editor and then try again :)
Do note that every script editor has commands that change a bit in effect from other editors, but most of the commands are the same :)
Try downloading XSE, which is very useful if you're trying to find empty space, but I prefer PKSV.
