    It's just a phase. One of these days, I'll be in a particularly crappy mood and I'll make a really rude post and, by sheer coincidence, at the same time Manipulation will be in a particularly crappy mood and he'll take out his anger on me by giving me another infraction and I'll get so pissed that I'll leave for a couple weeks and then I'll come back and be a nice guy for another three months before repeating the cycle. It's just the natural way of the world. No sense in trying to change it.

    Also, your reputation/comment was unnecessarily rude. I was genuinely offended by it as well. And your language makes me sick. Grow up.

    Getting ruder as the days pass? I was hoping this wouldn't happen but it seems to happen to all the good hackers eventually...

    Well, it was a combination of things. I used a custom ASM routine to allow the cursor to move past the normal edge and to "slide" the map over so that the player can see the stuff that was off-screen before. However, I guess I "hex edited" the location data by repointing it and then putting in more data for the off-screen tiles.

    did you expand the world map by repointing the map data or changing the data with a hex editor?

    I'm sorry. Could you please clarify what "use hex" means? I don't follow.

    hey, did you use ASM or hex for the world map expansion?
