June 18th, 2015 12:42 PMChevitileGotta love that quote! I chose the "Once you kill a cow..." one to "present" for my English class once, it was voted one of the best. I didn't say it was Gaga though, I said Stefani Germanotta instead :P

June 14th, 2015 1:42 AMChevitileYeah, I really think it shows her best vocal side. It'll be interesting to see if she will incorporate something similar into her next album.

June 7th, 2015 5:38 PMLetsPlayALoveGameThe end of a tour is always gonna be emotional
It ain't over til the last bit of spiral power is exhausted. Believe in the me who believes in you.
and nah I didn't have the cash for it, liked the songs though -
June 4th, 2015 7:42 AMChevitilePersonally I'd consider it over, she was in tears after the last artRave show and it just felt like it was because everything ARTPOP-related was over, not just the tour. Could be wrong though. And yeah I stopped caring about the music video for DWUW after a while, and I still don't really care for it.
Speaking of, are you seeing the Cheek To Cheek Tour? -
June 3rd, 2015 12:32 AMLetsPlayALoveGameTbh I think we could still get a conclusion. There's really only been 2 singles from ARTPOP so far, I don't really count Do What U Want due to the music video's failure to release lol
She probably just took a break for all the Cheek to Cheek st00f -
June 2nd, 2015 7:49 AMChevitileYeah, now after the era I kinda feel like that was just something she said in order to keep the hype up. Or maybe she did plan it and just didn't get around to doing it. I personally would've liked Americano to be the sequel.
Definitely. I dislike when people use the term "true fan", especially the artists themselves - we're all a fan in one way or another, and I don't think being honest about your opinion is something that should degrade your "status". -
June 1st, 2015 6:43 PMLetsPlayALoveGameSupposedly one of the ARTPOP singles is gonna be the "true" conclusion to the Paparazzi trilogy. But given how long it's been since a new single released, this might be another case of HL3...
But yeah, some people like to say I'm not a "true fan" because I don't like Judas, but I think a "true fan" should be able to criticize even their favorite artist. -
June 1st, 2015 11:29 AMChevitileThat quote is amazing imo. I really like that the story is very clear too, same for Paparazzi. I guess G.U.Y. also has a story, but it feels too complex to understand at times with no clarification regarding certain things.
Exactly, it may feel deceptive but it's better to be true to yourself. -
May 31st, 2015 4:18 AMLetsPlayALoveGameI know what you mean. Telephone isn't my favorite but I do like it a lot. The music video reminds me of the old Michael Jackson videos that sorta had a storyline to them. "Once you f**k a cow, you gotta make a burger" is a huge inside joke between my friends and I.
I'm definitely one of the very few fans who favors The Fame above her other albums but I consider ARTPOP to be equal to it for the most part. I mean, with every artist, you're gonna find a few songs you don't like, no matter how big of a fan you are. -
May 30th, 2015 6:10 AMChevitileSHICD is probably one of Gaga's best works to date, at least imo. The Fame Monster was strong as a whole, but there are certain gems that really stand out. As an entirety I think Telephone is definitely one of my all-time favorites. I love the instrumental, the music video has to be my favorite of all time, I love the production etc. I think ARTPOP has some extremely well-produced and well thought out songs, but I don't think I've grown to love any song there as much as her older ones. There's a disconnect somewhere, not sure why.

May 29th, 2015 12:45 PMLetsPlayALoveGameAh yeah? I enjoy it quite a bit, but I can see why some wouldn't care for it. But yeah, that's how I basically felt about Judas, it just didn't do anything for me and remains the only album song of hers that isn't on my iTunes.
HML is a favorite of mine too; I have it as one of the possible songs to play on the Battlefield stage. But yeah, some of my most-listened Gaga songs are stuff like Brown Eyes, Summerboy, Starstruck, SHICD, Scheisse, Fashion!, etc. -
May 28th, 2015 11:55 AMChevitileI'm very fond of Judas myself, but MANiCURE is probably one that I outright dislike... it just doesn't do anything for me, and hasn't since I first heard it at the Swinefest. It's a shame, because it feels like it'd be a total bop if I actually liked it.
I loooove the more "underrated" songs. My fav ones are usually never the singles. My holy trinity from BTW would have to be HML, GH and Americano. -
May 3rd, 2015 7:24 PMLetsPlayALoveGameI don't really have that many Gaga songs that I outright dislike, and that's saying something because I'm a rather critical guy. If I had to pick one it would definitely be Judas, I simply don't care for the lyrics, instrumentation, or even the music video. I do however like the way it sounds live.
A lot of my favorite Gaga songs are the really underrated ones like Fashion! and Summerboy. But I do agree with you on that one extremely lame "garden panty" lyric in Venus. Still, I have that song as one of the possible songs to play on Lylat Cruise in Smash. -
May 1st, 2015 7:40 AMChevitileSorry for not responding, I've been super busy! Yeah I heard that too, but she sang it at my show too. Venus and MANiCURE would have to be my least fav songs, tbh.
