May 11th, 2011 6:04 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogWell, Mel travels with the sixth and seventh Doctors. And she's VERY annoying. :| I really don't like her or the sixth Doctor so I haven't watched many episodes with them. I've watched a lot more of hers with Seven, though, cause Seven's totally rad. He's one of my favourites. <3
I'm liking the new season so far better than the last season. But I've only watched the first two so far. xD I recorded last week's on tivo and still haven't watched it. -
May 11th, 2011 5:53 PMEsperNo idea who that is yet. I've only had the new episodes to watch recently and no old episodes. New-old episodes. Old episodes that, despite being old, are new to me. But yeah, I'm loving the current season. Can't wait for Saturday.

May 11th, 2011 5:47 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogYeah, I really didn't care for Dodo. :/ But really the companion who really bothers me is Mel. But I do like when the Rani impersonates her. She's really terrible at impersonating Mel, but then again she didn't really have to be too convincing.

May 10th, 2011 10:07 AMEsperI'll probably like her since I grow to like pretty much all the characters. Well, except some of the companions from the black and white era since they didn't stick around long enough for me to like them: Ben, Polly and especially Dodo. :|

May 9th, 2011 3:08 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder Dogoops, double posted. :p
...well, double messaged to be specific. -
May 9th, 2011 3:06 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogReally? I liked her first few episodes, better than her later ones. And her fashion sense too, but I have bad taste and shouldn't be the judge of that.
*Wonders what you'll think of Tegan* Personally I was annoyed by her at first but now she's one of my favourite companions. She's like an acquired taste. xD -
May 3rd, 2011 10:42 AMEsperTerror of the Autons, right? All those mannequins wearing ascots. I called them plascots every time they appeared. xD
Sarah Jane's first episodes weren't all that great, I thought. She and Jon Pertwee didn't mesh well. And she had such bad fashion. That hair. :/ I feel bad saying that now. -
May 2nd, 2011 4:23 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogI had to preorder that episode online, cause it's one of my favourites. :D
Unlike most people I actually like Peter Davison as the Doctor better than I do Tom Baker. And Tegan and Nyssa are awesome. I just watched Sarah Jane's first episode the other day and it was kind of sad since it was right after she died. :c -
April 27th, 2011 4:27 PMEsperDeath by inflatable furniture. What a sad way to go.
I'm still on the Tom Baker episodes. I just watched Sarah Jane's last episode as a regular companion, which was sadder than it should have been in light of what happened. :( But yay. I really enjoyed Jon Pertwee's episodes and all the bantering between the Doctor and the Master. And Jo. She's probably one of my favorite companions. -
April 26th, 2011 7:08 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogAwesome xD *adds to my collection of weird Doctor Who gifs*
So what season are you on now anyways? Have you gotten to the fifth Doctor yet? He's my favourite, but recently I've been watching a lot of Three's episodes. I think this might be one of my favourite scenes:

February 26th, 2011 5:06 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogYeah, that's just terrible. xD Personally I think the 70's had the best (or worst, depending on your perspective) science fiction book covers, especially those with really bad modern art on them.
I have allergies too, but oddly enough not to dust. Just freshly cut grass, feathers, and dandelions. -
February 26th, 2011 10:53 AMEsperWhat about something like this? XD
I prefer not-too-old used books. I like old books, but I have bad allergies and if I get just a little dust or something it's uncomfortable for hours. Still, that didn't keep me from buying a complete set of all Dickens books from so long ago they don't have copyrights. All for $40. They look fabulous, but a few of them are crumbly in places. :( -
February 25th, 2011 7:52 PMKnow-Nothing Bozo the Non-Wonder DogWell it does depend on which kind of horrible the book cover is. If it looked like Twilight or something, then that wouldn't be good, but if it just looked horribly retro and cheesy I'd be fine with it. xD
No, I mean like old books. xD They smell awesome, kind of like the 80's but a little mustier, and for me the 80's smell like charcoal pencils. -
February 17th, 2011 8:01 AMEsperIt's horrible that now when you walk into the fantasy section almost every book looks like the Twilight books. I dunno. I couldn't carry around some books because I wouldn't want people to see me read them. Not that I'd ever be ashamed of the books I read, but sometimes people just look at what you're reading without really understanding what you're reading. It shouldn't bother me, but it does. I don't want people to think I'm reading a crappy book if I'm not (or even if I am, but I almost never read bad books).
Old book smell? You mean like mold? xD
