you have to have the groudon itself as the red orb is a key item and can not be traded

Ok this is going to be the worst description of anything i have ever explained ( i suck at explaining btw) but you get ev points per pokemon you faint different pokes give different ev points and in order to increase a specific stat you have to faint pokemon that give those ivs. Like for instance if you wanted to raise special atk you would defeat abra or kadabra as they give special atk evs, but you dont have an unlimited number of evs you can only have 255 on one stat however 252 should be the highest you ever make a pokes ev set to maximize the amount of points you can use like for instance my zapdos its ev spread is 252 special atk 252 speed and 6 hp as the total amount of ev points are 510 but 255 can only go in one stat so yeah

EDIT: oh yeah i forgot something for every 4 ev points the stat you were investing the points in increases
    when you level up

Now for cross breeding egg moves like my gallade for instance it normally cant learn shadow sneak. So you get a poke like clops or noir and breed it with the gallade or any of the ralts family. But the dusclops has to be a male or the move wont transfer. Also you can breed to get natures which is relatively easy all you have to do is give the female pokemon a everstone prior to putting it in the day care and it will have a 50% chance of passing over the nature to its egg.

I really hope this helps in some shape or form if not i can link you to a place that explains it far better than i did and it will tell you everything you need to know. Mine is only the shortened version =p.

Well normally you arent supposed to use ubers like mewtwo ho-oh and mewtwo but i can seriously tell you that you probably dont know how to ev train your pokemon or breed for ivs, or know about cross breeding egg moves, beneficial natures. All of these are very beneficial when competitive battling.
