April 1st, 2014 7:58 AMSekiThe feeling of emptiness... when you finished a long series that I loved so much...
I am feeling this feeling now.... -
March 30th, 2014 3:53 PMSekiPretty disappointed that the Shinsengumi didn't make an appearence in the Kintama arc but their appearence in the Ikkoku Keisei arc was really great! And of course... SHOGUN SAAMA!
-
March 30th, 2014 3:52 PMSekiBoth of them were great! Kintama arc shows the charismatic side of Gintoki and how his friends care about him while Ikkoku Keisei arc tells us more about Shouyo sensei and of course, for people like you who ship Gintoki x Tsuki. :P

March 30th, 2014 9:53 AMderozioAnd damn, a break like that. ;; You lucky bastard lol
-
March 30th, 2014 9:53 AMderozioI know. And I see you've already finished a good deal of enchousen already. What did you think of Kintama and Ikkoku Keisei arcs? :3
And sure! I do hope you pick up LH. :D And I think I'll enjoy all the ones I missed - even ones that aren't really that funny. Just observing those three crazy idiots do their thing never gets old. ;p -
March 29th, 2014 3:47 AMSekiOh, I am currently watching the whole series at the proper sequence. I really liked Gintama after post episode 10, so I guessed I am lucky in the sense that I actually liked it early on and need not to go straight into the the more-serious arcs like most people do, and I actually have time since I have a 6 month break from school C:
Yep, Vacation Arc is from Gintama', it starts after the Renho arc and before the scandal arc, after the scandal arc its Baragaki arc.
The arcs that you missed are funny arcs, however, I didn't really liked the Correspondence arc.
I might pick up LH sometime, but not so soon though, as I've too many things I want to watch now. -
March 29th, 2014 3:11 AMderozioWait Vacation's from Gintama', isn't it? And it comes after Baragaki, right? Whatever be the case, I haven't seen it yet ;;
-
March 29th, 2014 3:09 AMderozioI actually missed the Kintaro, Correspondance and the Vacation arcs from the first series, it seems. Listing 'Gintama' as complete on my MAL is not right oops.
But oh well, I'll watch the remaining stuff soon enough =p -
March 29th, 2014 3:06 AMderozioMy strategy when it came to Gintama was pretty darn weird. :p I was short on time due to school and exams so I went ahead and watched most of the 'action-heavy' arcs first. I only completed the original series this year. But I still think I missed an arc or two. Also, Enchousen had those awesome arcs back-to-back (third wasn't as good but mehh) so it was a great watch.
I do plan to rewatch the whole series, this time following the proper sequence. -
March 29th, 2014 3:01 AMderozioAlso, Log Horizon gets interesting after episode 4. The first rescue arc isn't all that good. It is when the focus shifts to politics that the show gets good. I do hope you pick it back up sometime.

March 29th, 2014 3:00 AMSeki!!! How could you? Go watch it! But, why did you skipped episodes?
The vacation arc was really hilarious as well... with its penile brakes haha. -
March 29th, 2014 2:55 AMderozioThorny arc I liked due to the fact that it introduced Sasaki and Nobume. And as it had Hijikata backstory and some great action. I do agree that it was mediocre from a plot standpoint compared to Gintama's usually amazing serious arcs, but it was a good watch nevertheless.
I still haven't seen any episode after Thorny. I completed Enchousen before completing Gintama' :p -
March 29th, 2014 2:50 AMSekiI've just seen the thorny arc, it was a little meh. Although its really nice to see Hijikata's past, and Hijikata's one of my favourite characters as well, aside from Gintoki and Madao.
Hasegawa just gives me another reason to respect him more in the next episode, the madaodog madaonaire episode. -
March 26th, 2014 4:33 AMSekiI'm not sure, I just got bored watching the first 2 episodes.
-
March 25th, 2014 4:13 PMderozioWhat did you dislike about LH?
