    Unfortunately no, the ESV for that spread is 2 and, from what I see, nothing good (aside from water Pokémon) has that ESV T_T

    If I were breeding, then yeah, but I'm looking for something unique to RNG Capture (and those cannot be caught in the wild in BW).

    Eh, idk at the moment. I've been pretty busy with school lately so I haven't had much time to play. When I get around to it, I'll probably do something like a Tyrouge or a Porygon. I also found this awesome Hidden Power Fire flawless shiny capture spread that I need to use on something.

    Hey. When RNG Breeding, if one of the parents is from USA and the other from UK is that classed as international breeding?
