Ok, one last question when it finds a seed I understand everything that appears e.g. Frame and Capture time
But is the Timer0 anything important because it's different each time

    Nope, just the first time.

Hmmmm....... Ok, do you need to calibrate every time you RNG?

Well then, I honestly don't know what to tell you. Obviously you're doing something wrong in the process. Carefully review each step then try again. Make sure you know exactly how to do everything and do your own troubleshooting (that's how I learned).
If you're still having problems, I recommend you ask Twilightblade or twistedpuppy. They are both much more experienced than I and may see something I missed. I strongly recommend you try to solve this yourself though. At this point it's probably just silly errors or typos (like accidentally inputting the wrong date).

Have you searched your adjacent seeds/frames? Perhaps your timing could be off.

You should learn to capture before you learn to breed

Ok, would you say breeding is hard in comparison? (I have a few Chatots) because that's what I really want to be doing

Then just try a different seed. When you're searching, be more lenient with IVs, enable keypresses, and try something with an IV frame of one. You need to make sure you are able to do it before you start going for the good stuff.

That's your problem, you just aren't hitting your seed. When finding your calibrated parameters: Calibrated second = Target Second - Actual second. Based on the data you gave me, it looks like your calibrated second is 1. Therefore you must start the game exactly one second before RNG reporter tells you to.

Everything Bearsfan092 says in his video is important. If you disregard something in the video (calibrated seconds, for example), it will likely throw the entire process off. If you make an effort to understand the process instead of just winging it, it will save you loads of time (Until I got into that mindset, I was unable to RNG and simply wasted several hours trying and failing at it).

You need to clear out your inbox... Anyway, as a beginning RNG abuser, I recommend not going for something so specific. Try enabling keypresses and go for a spread like this 31/31/31/X/31/31
That way, it will be easier to find a seed with a flawless Pokémon on frame 1 (so you don't have to advance the frame). Also, you know what a calibrated second is, right?
