It's just like answering "yes" to a non-yes or no question...
Either way, nah, it's not either of them. -
January 12th, 2014 12:43 AMNolafusYou can't answer "nope" when I've given you two options! It confuses me! D:
-
January 11th, 2014 11:35 PMLegendary SilkeNope 😊

January 11th, 2014 11:25 PMNolafusAre you working on something and you've hit a wall or is this completely unrelated to the last question?
-
January 11th, 2014 9:57 PMLegendary SilkeI'm thinking of books, media, and stuff :)
-
January 11th, 2014 1:01 PMNolafusI'm not exactly sure what you mean by this, but isn't this just school? You go do the same thing day after day in this monotonous schedule hoping that later in life this will all pay off.

January 11th, 2014 11:58 AMLegendary SilkeHave you ever tried to stay on something as you trod through the worst parts of something in hopes of eventually reaching something satisfying?

January 11th, 2014 11:54 AMNolafusI don't really like one genre of story, as long as it's a good read. I do really enjoy sci-fi and sort of alternate reality books where you can almost put yourself in the story. Stories like The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, and District 9 (it's a movie, but same feeling applies). By the end, I wanted to live in that world, maybe not the hunger game's world, but definitely the other two. And that's the sign of a good story.

January 11th, 2014 11:49 AMLegendary SilkeEither way, what kind of stories do you prefer? I'm more of a fan of things that are easy to follow through.
-
January 11th, 2014 11:34 AMLegendary SilkeSometimes, a good story is all it takes for me to get through the day.
-
January 11th, 2014 11:30 AMNolafusThat's why I love writing. You can not only make that world come alive for yourself, but for others as well.
-
January 11th, 2014 11:29 AMLegendary SilkeSometimes it does make you wonder what could have happened if [event] [unexpected outcome].

January 11th, 2014 11:24 AMNolafusI think it would be a little different, obviously, but it depends on just how different the reptilian people are. If they're just humans with scales, there's hardly any difference at all. If they can't eat most of the food we eat, then restaurants would start carrying lizard cuisine. I don't think reptilian people would affect how we ran anything. In other words, the politics would remain the same, but the businesses might undergo a few transformations.

January 11th, 2014 11:17 AMLegendary SilkeThese screens :)
Do you think the world would be a different place if, say, there's actually such a thing as reptilian people? -
January 11th, 2014 11:12 AMNolafus*Can't see it through the computer screen*
