Merry Christmas! This is a hand-made present by me. -
December 13th, 2011 1:49 PM{Swan}Google's your friend xD Neh, my country's flag is bland and unimaginative. Though we Dutch people tend to not really consider red, white and blue to be our colours. It's orange all the way.
-
December 13th, 2011 7:00 AMTiTaN.JuStInGoogle FTW! lol But your country's flag is also neat: with red, white and blue, which are classic colors and my favorite.
The Boz part sounds more like Buzz, but with an 'o'. Yui? Not sure. You+He'y'? lol -
December 13th, 2011 5:02 AM{Swan}I googled it (I'm the kind of person who googles all I don't know) and that's actually really neat, I like that. Especially that it's on the flag, I mean our is just three stripes of colour, that makes the Kyrgyz flag just that much cooler. As for the pronunciation, I think I've got a decent idea of Yurta, but Boz-yui? Not a clue.

December 13th, 2011 4:25 AMTiTaN.JuStInIt's okay. I know that Kyrgyzstan is not that famous. XD Though the symbol in the flag is actually a top of the traditional house called Yurta or Boz-yui. Don't think of trying to pronounce that. lol jk

December 12th, 2011 9:59 AM{Swan}Hope you don;t mind that I had to google where that is... Though topography's never been my strong suit if that makes it any better. But that's really neat, I wouldn't have guessed that. The flag looks like an X-Box logo, that's the first thing I noticed. I'm such a geek xD

December 12th, 2011 9:44 AMTiTaN.JuStInI'm from Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan, to be correct. And measuring in feet came from being with my friends for a long time.
-
December 12th, 2011 9:42 AM{Swan}So where are you from then? Since you do measure in feet.
-
December 12th, 2011 9:37 AMTiTaN.JuStInI guess tulips are disappearing from the world. Need to save em' all. lol
Actually, I'm not from USA, though most of my friends are Americans. And the city where I live isn't that... Pretty. But still a lot of things to enjoy here. -
December 12th, 2011 9:32 AM{Swan}None taken, though there really aren't that many tulips here, probably not much more than the average country. It's cold here, mostly, and rainy, though thankfully no snow yet. you're a statian, if I'm not mistaken. That means that it's mostly the same, but with prettier citiest (;
-
December 12th, 2011 9:26 AMTiTaN.JuStInThe country of Tulips? No offence. Actually, I always wondered what Netherlands is like.
-
December 12th, 2011 9:19 AM{Swan}I'm from the Netherlands (:
-
December 12th, 2011 9:18 AMTiTaN.JuStInlol Yeah, I know. Wait, you said you're from Europe. Can you tell me which country? Just curious.
-
December 12th, 2011 9:13 AM{Swan}I honestly know even less of Fahrenheit than I do of feet, I only know that if someone from the states says it's 80 degrees, he's not actually boiling up xD
-
December 12th, 2011 9:06 AMTiTaN.JuStInAnother similar case is the temperature. 100 degrees in Fahrenheit can be mistaken as 100 degrees in Celsius, which is really hot. lol
