April 4th, 2015 2:58 PMFoxrallyIf youmean border, it's done by doing border-top (or bottom, left or right) and then adding the style (solid, groove, double. dotted, etc) the color and the size (in px).

April 4th, 2015 2:52 PMFoxrallyWhat do you mean by lines? You mean border?
-
April 4th, 2015 2:46 PMJukeboxTheGhoulAnd the lines?
-
April 4th, 2015 2:45 PMFoxrallyJust some small css for an advertisement.
-
April 4th, 2015 2:36 PMJukeboxTheGhoulHow do I insert lines in to my CSS?
-
April 4th, 2015 2:20 PMJukeboxTheGhoulCSS of an invite or a CSS thing for the whole first page.

April 4th, 2015 2:00 PMFoxrallyDefinitely ask on the DCC. Make up some swanky css, cool image, loudspeakers, and tell everyone about the upcoming RP. One that are interested are most likely to tell you, which should give you an idea of how many should join. What is it about, again? I can't seem to find the post in the DCC.

April 4th, 2015 1:58 PMJukeboxTheGhoulI've been posting quite a bit in Make A Wish. How do I drum up publicity without posting the whole first post.
-
April 4th, 2015 1:54 PMFoxrallyWell, I can only tell you so much since we're only two roleplays together. One hasn't started yet, so it doesn't count, and you only recently joined outbreak. You were quite active in th RPC chit-chat and the planning thread, so your name is known and there's no risk of people going "I've never seen you".
However, I personally (that's only me, others may disagree) think that you still haven't been in the RPC enough consistently to be considered well-known. While you may not be anonymous anymore, since you came back from your hiatus I haven't seen too many of your posts and I still can't determine the style of your writing. People like gimmepie, MI or Sonata have definite writing styles which I can easily identify and enjoy (adventure and bastian are pretty well-known too but I have yet to be in a roleplay with them. I haven't read enough of your stuff to discern how you write.
On a similar note, you should ask if people are genuinely interested in your RP idea before posting. Spares both you and the mods a lot of trouble and time. -
April 4th, 2015 1:46 PMJukeboxTheGhoulWould you mind if I asked you how much am I known around the RPC, I need the right time to post my rp. I know you have talked a lot with me, and it seems that over time as my ability has increased the more laid back it is in the RPC. And I like the feeling as I can be as mad as I want.

April 4th, 2015 1:36 PMJukeboxTheGhoulDo you like my Profile music?
-
April 4th, 2015 6:23 AMFoxrallyDefinitely :O Even if they might not be complete sidekicks, depending on the plot I'll definitely try to get Nerites to team up with Alex. The aquatic combo >:D
-
April 4th, 2015 6:12 AMJukeboxTheGhoulI guess, but they'll work together right?

April 4th, 2015 6:06 AMFoxrallyAs I said earlier, being a goddess means she doesn't think exactly like humans do. She helps people out not becomes she is particularly fond of people, but fond of humans as a species. She helps them because as a god, she is "programmed" in a sense to do so. Throughout the story she will begin encountering more human emotions, such as growing fond of specific people and acknowledging her mistakes, and begin to think for herself more freely.
And as you said in your backstory - Alex found Nerites dying. By instinct she reached out for the only thing that could keep her alive, and automatically made a pact with him. Imagine yourself drowning - you don't think about going for air, you just do it. This is why I stated in her backstory she doesn't know why she's still alive, even though Alex is the reason.
