Nope, I just manage it on my own. I wouldn't be able to afford a doctor, because we can't afford insurance.

I've learned how to live with it, and how to lift without hurting my back. I'm able to live a somewhat average life despite it.

After arriving at the range we were marching to and taking off the gear, I was in a fair deal of pain. I endured it until my next opportunity to go on Sick Call.
Yeah, the whole issue first popped up on a major level after a ruck march. That's where we march approximately 3 miles while wearing 50 pounds of gear and carrying our M16.
That's so dumb of them too do something like that, but for all you know that decision may have saved your life or something
