Judging by the fact that it's taken me three days to reply, I'd say I'm pretty busy too, so don't worry. I just wasn't sure since we hadn't talked much. Anyways, it sounds like you're going through a lot at the moment, so wait I shall. x3

Nooo no no no don't be silly, of course not :D It's just another one of those super busy times sorry, I've hardly had a chance to reply to anyone recently D: I'm quitting the staff position though so hopefully I'll have much more time to talk soon :)

But no I miss talking to you and we shall continue soon I promise <3

Well I guess how you see driving depends on where you live. I mean, in my state (I think it varies by state, even), having a sixteen year old drive to work or school by themselves is common. In any case, the best thing to do is to learn when you're ready. If you're nervous then you're less likely to drive safely.

Ah...okay, I guess? It still scares me, let me tell you right now. I don't like being awkward and new at something. (and isn't that going to be just peachy later in life)
I like enthusiasm, so no complaints from me. He should be joining in sometime soon. Mystical Mermaid is parallelzero's partner, and she's been inactive since sometime around the 20th. That said, she has a full time job, so I'm not sure if this absence is temporary. I gave Royal about a month too, so I guess the least I can do is give her until maybe the seventeenth.

I guess you have a point. Being anonymous does have its benefits. I kind of wonder if more people would be friends if they got to know each other before they saw each other. Well, it would probably depend on the kind of person it was. I can't see any utopia where everybody would be friends or anything. xD
I think I might just try to avoid being angry in general. Well, except at the issues that need well-channeled anger. c:

I guess that's a fair point, but I still don't see 15 year olds as being ready to drive x] It'd be great to have that much experience though, I'm terrified of learning but at a young age it'd be much less scary. xD

You should come to IRC today! c: I'll introduce you and we can all be friends \o/ Just give me a shout when (or if) you want to and I'll make sure to be around :D
Nathan agreed to join (very enthusiastically I must add xD) so that's Royal's space filled :D I don't even know who Parallelzero's partner is, but how long have they been inactive? :3 I could try finding another replacement if you want? :3

I think the anonymous thing helps a lot tbh. Like in real life I don't think I'd ever even have the chance to make friends with a 15 year old, let alone some of the other people I talk to on here. Friends on PC range from around 13 to 26 and I'd never meet 90% of these people in real life, so I think that's a huge bonus to the internet x]
Pshh, I don't mind, angry ranting is fine by me :3 Just do whatever you're feeling at the time, I'm up for it. n.n

Not kidding. A written test qualifies you to learn how to drive. It's not worse than scrambling to learn right at seventeen, to be honest. Think of it this way. If you start learning how to drive in say...two months...I will be fifteen, but still a better driver than you are since I would have two and a half months more than you under my belt. It's got nothing to do with age, but rather the ability to adapt to a situation and survive. Anyways, I don't think that it causes that many deaths, unless it's aided by something like distractions or alcohol. Cars are deadly anyways. I personally like the system, in any case.

Well someone must like you, huh? I wonder why. Seriously though, it might not be that you make a big effort to be friendly, but in my experience you aren't mean either. People like it when others are polite to them, and they might even call it...being friendly. x3 Oh, and I tried to go on the IRC one day. It frightened me, so I just kind of closed the page. That's how competent I am.
Well actually parallelzero's partner is about to need replacing (and her partner is a cool girl too. D:). I don't know much about anyone else... I'll be sure to check though.

Oh I know~ I've made some wonderful friends here, just by talking about anything that comes up. I guess it's about having a common interest, or maybe being anonymous, but having well thought out conversations if more common for me online than in real life. That may just be me though.
Well I'll try not to do the angry ranting thing if I do, okay? And besides, I won't hold you to anything. Putting up with me being unpleasant is something nobody should have to endure. (Do I really? That feels amazing to hear, really. x3)

Alright, well I'll talk to you tomorrow then (well, my tomorrow). Goodnight. ♥

... Okay please tell me you're kidding. A written test qualifies you to drive a car?? xD Even with a responsible adult in the car that seems ridiculous to me lmao. But I guess if it works... Are there a whole lot of accidents from these drivers or does the system work well? o3o I must admit, I never even knew a scheme like this existed until this conversation haha. I think it certainly does have merit but it seems too... risky? I dunno, I guess I haven't seen it in action though. How well do you think it works compared to say England where there's just one age for the whole driving package? :3 (Not that I have any idea if you know about how our system works, I just make wild assumptions. xD)

Well, I honestly don't know how others see me, but I don't see myself as being particularly friendly. I don't really make an effort to be friendly unless there's a good reason to, but whether or not people notice I have no idea haha. I guess that might explain the constant stream of notifications to reply to :p I still never introduced you to IRC did I? She goes there a lot, so make sure to remind me to introduce you there soon k. :D
Paha, that's a great plan tbh xD But it's a slight worry of just how many players might need replacing... I mean, a lot of people haven't exactly been active :c Luckily the people that do seem to be active are all partnered up though. xD

Ahah thanks, that's really nice to hear :D And I agree, there are a lot of intelligent people on PC, it's great to have proper conversations rather than the standard "hi whats up cool me too bye" that seems to happen everywhere else :x I can't stand those kinds of conversations, it's just so... dull. xD
Ahah, if you ever need to rant then feel free to send it my way, I'd be more than happy to receive it n.n I kinda owe you anyway based on how much you help me out xD ♥ (And the sweet thing is you don't even realize you're doing it half the time, you're just that much of a naturally kind person x])

My gosh it's getting late. Staying up till half 3 in the morning was not a clever move. \o/ I'ma go sleep, I'll bug you more tomorrow. Peace n.n ♥

No. You have to take a written test when you turn fifteen, and then your licensed driver is tasked with teaching you how to drive. I never drove when I was fourteen, I assure you. They give you an entire year to learn that way, and you take the driving test when you turn sixteen.

You not being friendly comes as sort of a shock to me. I kind of see you as being like...incredibly extroverted. Someone that everyone likes. I don't know. Maybe it's just because I think you're cool. So maybe one day, if I can stop being shy then I will talk to her. Maybe. x3
I kind of wanted to be sneaky and tell their partner to pretend they were there the whole time. That may take a bit of creativity, but if we can all cooperate...

You sing me too much praise. I mean, you sound really smart to me, honestly. A lot of people here seem that way. I just love that we can have actual, intelligent conversation, you know.
Daww...you are very very welcome. <333 I'll keep that in mind when I'm angry at the world and need to rant. No. No I won't. That would be bad conduct. xD

Wait but doesn't that mean you'd have been driving at 14? I don't care how clever the child is, that just doesn't sound right to me. xD You need to pass a test before being granted a license here, but the problem is that you're expected to learn how to drive and then take the test all within the space of a few weeks, and this is from starting completely from scratch :x It just sounds... Terrifying, tbh. :x But if 14 year olds are doing it then maybe I'm worrying too much xD

I'm really not all that friendly, you just happen to be an incredibly easy person for me to get along with. I guess we must have a lot in common? x] But yeah, she's the most welcoming person I know and she's incredibly open to meeting new people, so I can't suggest talking to her strongly enough. :D
Don't worry haha, it's not like I gave you much of a choice. xD I'll back off if you want, I just get the feeling it might be quicker this way and considering everyone is wanting to get started ASAP, that can't hurt x] How will they take part though? Will they arrive on the island as a new (late) character or replace an old person or what? :3

Alright well that kinda helps, I get the basic idea of what you're doing :3 And if I understand correctly then that's very impressive. I'm sure you'll manage fine though, you seem incredibly gifted when it comes to intelligence. x]
Honestly you've become one of the people I would be most likely to come to with a problem, I'm just not sure this particular case is really relevant. xD But thanks for the offer. n.n

I think it is too. Plus my mom is a really good teacher when she has to be. I mean, when I first started it was absolutely terrifying, but she got me up to driving on the highway before the end of the day. So I'd say that if you drive with somebody who's willing to teach you, or take a class or something, that it would be much much easier.

Ten times friendlier? But you're like...incredibly friendly too? How friendly is ten times friendlier. Does she frolic amongst flowers with squirrels and kittens (that like each other, by some miracle of nature)? D:
Alright, well thank you a bunch. I still feel bad about asking you to do it.

Okay, well I live sort of close to a low-level community college that offers high school students a chance to enroll in classes and ear college credit for basic classes like English 101. I'm not entirely sure how it works as far as scheduling goes, but I intend to take it next year, or this summer. Not sure if that's what you wanted to know.
Alright. I just wasn't sure if you wanted to tell me or something. Internet friends are good for ranting at. xD

That's actually a really clever way of doing it, then you can build up your skills over the years and it'd be a much better way of doing things than how we do it here :3 For us it's when you turn 17 you just plunge straight into driving without any restrictions and it's all super scary ;; (Hence I'm not learning to drive until I absolutely have to. x]) Is it difficult? :3

Pshh, you did an awesome job here and she's 10 times friendlier than me, you'll make friends easy xD And sure thing, will do. c: I'll start asking around tomorrow when I wake up since it's almost half 2am now :3

I'm sorry but you'll have to explain to me how that works, I have no idea about the American schooling system. xD But it's not nerdy at all, everyone loves a challenge! There's no point in just constantly re-doing everything you find super easy all the time x]
I would, but there's honestly not much to say considering you won't know many/any of the people involved xD Thanks anyway though n.n
