April 19th, 2013 10:23 PMStudent D1I've been pretty busy lately, but I like it. :D I've heard of those news in the United States. Really bad it was. :( I've heard they got the second suspect already?
And no, I haven't yet. Link to me the video?
Oh, by the way, I just got my report card last Tuesday! -
April 19th, 2013 12:44 PMGyardosampedHey! <33
How are you? Yeah, I've been posting in that forum lately, just because there has been a lot of bad things happening the U.S.. :[
Have you seen the new Nintendo Direct for this month? Lots of cool new updates/games coming out! -
April 19th, 2013 6:54 AMStudent D1:\ Seems like my previous VM has been pushed away. So, um... *poke*
-
April 19th, 2013 2:34 AMStudent D1Hey Gyardo. It has been some long time since we've talked. D: I see you post in the Discussions & Debates section most of the time. Pretty good posts you've made, by the way. :D
-
April 5th, 2013 6:18 AMStudent D1Heh, feel happy that you finally solved it. That's how I feel everytime I solve a puzzle, and it so satisfying. Now let's see if you can solve this at first try. You don't have to answer immediately.
How was the test by the way? -
April 5th, 2013 5:53 AMGyardosampedWOOOOOOT :D
-
April 4th, 2013 11:18 PMStudent D11/6? Let's see...
Spoiler:

-
April 4th, 2013 5:39 PMGyardosampedThat seems like it was a nice little mini-break, though. :) I'm dying to take one lol. :]
IS IT 1/6TH?! lololol. Probability is so tricky for me, and it wasn't taught very well to me in primary school. I bet if you tell me the answer I'll be like, "duh.. lol". -
April 2nd, 2013 7:08 PMStudent D1Yep, many times. d: There are times that the whole week is full of quizzes, and we here call it 'quiz week', since the days are packed with tests and we have to study all night long. It's usually Asian History that we get consecutive quizzes.
I think it is the other way around: Christianity is a division of Catholicism. Eh, I'm unsure either. But anyways, like I said, we didn't do much in the hotel. We just swam in the pool, slept on the bed, watched television, used the internet (which was limited up to 3 hours. :\), and... well I can't think of anything else we did xD. And the hotel's far away from our home. From the house going there, it's almost a 2-hour drive.
:3 Are you sure about your answer? Actually, you are right, this is a really easy probability question. It was quite easy, because the answer's already there (not bragging here). If ever, just calm your brain, read the puzzle carefully, and think about it. That's what I do when it comes to test as well. I can tell you the answer though, but I want to see you try. :]
I thought you didn't know Artix Entertainment, or you mean you know the games but you didn't know who made them? But yes, they made those games. It was quite fun before, but I lost interest eventually because of busy schedule. -
April 2nd, 2013 4:31 PMGyardosampedI've been studying literally all day, and I wrote a little cheatsheet (to study.. we can't use any on the actual test) to help me memorize all the equations and stuff. Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It also doesn't help that I have another test the day after. >.< Damn you, school. :] Thanks for the motivation, though. It really helps. I'm sure you've been in the same situation before many times. xD
I don't know of any notable differences between the two religions either, although I suppose that Catholicism is a division of Christianity? I'm not entirely sure, though. Wow, that sounds like a really nice time though! Did you do anything special or was the hotel you stayed at within the same area you live in?
I'm totally brain-fried right now, so don't kill me if I get this wrong, but I got 1/72? lol. Because you got it three times in a row before (3/216) = (1/72). I'm probably really wrong, though. >.< All this math is killing me lol, and the funny thing is that this seems like a really easy probability question. xD What did you get?
Ohhhhhhhh, so Artix Ent. made those games. I've heard of a lot of them before. -
April 2nd, 2013 6:16 AMStudent D1You'll get to the info eventually. I know how you feel, bro. ;P
Well, they're closely alike, but I'm not sure if there aren't any differences, considering many sites said so. Well, my family and I just went to a hotel and stayed from Holy Thursday up to Easter Sunday. Nothing much though.
Eh, it has to be done to be cleared for the school year and be able to go to the next. And about the report card, it's already a regular to us, going to school to get them. It's no big deal.
Well actually, the Kid Icarus game for the 3DS isn't really one of the first games. It was released on March 2012, but the 3DS was around back in 2011. And yep, all about puzzles. Try this one.
And um, no, that site doesn't include the games LEVEL-5 made. I was answering to your question about Artix Entertainment, and that site shows their games. -
April 2nd, 2013 3:17 AMGyardosampedThanks! I've been studying a lot for it. It's just so much information to memorize. I didn't think I'd have to memorize so much stuff for Math. >.<
Yeah, I'm actually Catholic, but they're both pretty much the same thing. :p How was it? We didn't do much except go see family. :)
I've had to take many exams in the past just so that I can be cleared, too. It's annoying because on many of those instances, I didn't really need to actually take the tests at all. Oh well. And that sucks about you having to go pick up your report card. x: Usually during the final days of school, we have to bring in an envelope with a stamp on it so the office people can mail it to our houses.
I've heard a lot about Kid Icarus, and it was surprisingly one of the first games out for the 3DS (from what I can remember). So Professor Layton is all about puzzles, eh? I like puzzles, too, and having to strategize to win. That website you posted includes other games that the company has made (the company that made Professor Layton)? -
March 31st, 2013 10:18 PMStudent D1Well, hope you pass the test. Wish you luck on Thursday! :)
Yeah, it was Easter Sunday here. I'm a Christian so I celebrate the holy event. (And I'm merely asking this, but are you a Christian too?) Anyways, happy Easter to you!
Haha, thanks for the comment. :) I might make some more eventually, either through playing around or doing it precisely. :P
I suppose you're right. I do tend to weigh my answers if they are truly correct or absolutely wrong. Heh, yeah I think it's some instinct we humans have. I couldn't even understand what you meant 'bout my English exam. :p Considering my high grades in English, my teacher automatically gave me a perfect score for the final English exam, but I will still take it for clearance, or requirements checking. For us here, we go to the report cards, as in we go to the school to get the card, unlike the cards going to us. That's how it works in this place.
I actually just started the Kid Icarus series. I have the latest game - Kid Icarus: Uprising - in my 3DS. Despite having one game of the franchise, I found interest to it. Professor Layton has been one of my favorites since I started playing it last year. I've played 3 out of 6 games of it as of the moment, but I'll be playing the others soon. The reason why I like it for its puzzles. It mentally challenges my mind, and I like it. :D Well, it's a game series. They've been there for quite a long time, too. This site should show you their games. -
March 30th, 2013 6:21 PMGyardosampedYeah, but the parts he skipped were the most important in the section. Luckily, though, my teacher went over them. :] The test is next Thursday and I think I have everything committed to memory, so let's hope for the best. :]
Well, I assume it's already Easter for you, so happy Easter if you're Catholic/Christian! If not, then happy holidays. x]
Yeah, sometimes I'll just play around with programs and end up making avatars/signatures. I've used Photoshop before and that program does wonders. It may look simple to you, but to me, you have an amazing avatar and signature. You have some awesome graphical skills! :p
We all doubt exam answers. I think it's because we become so nervous that we tend to disagree with ourselves with whatever we put down on the answer sheet. Oh well. It's normal human instinct I guess. That's great that you won't have your English exam for a grade (I hope I understood that right, lol)! In primary and secondary school here, we got report cards, too, and I remember they took forever to be mailed to our houses. >.< I was always so anxious waiting for them lol, although I practically knew what my grades were going to be.
I also prefer handhelds over any other type of console. It's just a lot more comfortable and convenient. How do you like both Kid Icarus and Professor Layton? I heard they were both pretty good and I've been contemplating getting them. :p I've never heard of Artix Entertainment? What's that? xP -
March 29th, 2013 3:45 AMStudent D1It's all right. ;)
Ah, I see. He should have not skipped those parts. Perhaps he thought it wasn't that important. :\ But glad to hear that you're updated. Oh, she didn't tell. I guess she was told to attend the conference before she could tell it to you guys. And yeah, today's Good Friday.
Yep, made it myself. But actually, I wasn't even intending to make one. I was basically just playing with Photoshop and I got this result. It looks simple, as some said, but I'm happy of what I made. And thanks! :)
I should really avoid doubting my first answers. About the English exam, my teacher actually told me that I'm already exempted for the test (meaning I'll get a perfect score no matter what the result of my answers is), but I'll be taking it only for clearance. And no, the scores hasn't been shown to us yet. It was the final set of the final exams (it was the last day of school). We'll be knowing our grades in the exams once we get our report cards.
I have an Xbox too, but the original one, not the 360. I'm also a Nintendo person, but I prefer more of the portable devices they have like Gameboy, DS and 3DS (I have three of them). I play Pokémon too (pretty obvious), Mario, Zelda, Kid Icarus, Mega Man (slight), Professor Layton, and Ace Attorney. I used to play the games in Artix Entertainment, but I left because of busy schedule and eventually didn't come back.
And again, it's all right. ;)
