Sorry for the late reply again! I feel like I'm neglecting everyone >.< I have a little mini break now, so yeah, I have some extra time to answer. :P

The sub wasn't necessarily slow in teaching, but he skipped over important parts of the sections we needed to learn. And, as you know, everything in Math coincides with one another so yeah, if you don't know one thing, you're bound to not understand everything that comes after it. XD I'm up-to-date now, though, so yeah. Thank the Lord! (and talking about the Lord, tomorrow is Good Friday, or today for you!) :) Also, my teacher was out because she had to attend some conference. She never even told us she was going to miss class. It was all sort of a sudden thing. Oh well lol.

Yeah, I read your previous VM but didn't have time to answer. I'm going to answer everything now though (the above was the prologue ;)) and yes! I love your new avvy and siggy! Did you make them yourself? They're fricken awesome!

Omg, yes! That ALWAYS happens to me on tests, always! Honestly, though, I've come to learn to trust your gut feeling, and it's been proven that a person's first guess is usually correct. We all know that feeling, though! I'm glad your English exam was easy, and hopefully you did well on your other three. Judging by the time that has passed since you sent me that VM, I assume you already know the grades you got on those tests. xD

The game I play.. hmm.. lol. I play a variety, honestly. I have an Xbox and have games like COD and Far Cry 3 for that (which I haven't played in forever). I'm a Nintendo fanboy, so I have a N64, Gamecube, and 3DS (want to get the Wii U eventually). I love Pokémon (obviously, haha), Pikmin, Mario, Zelda, etc. As for online games, I enjoy Minecraft, Runescape, Guild Wars, and stuff like that. :p How about you?

Sorry for the late reply again!!!

Ah, I see. Was the sub slow in teaching? In that case, you'll have to catch with them yourself. Well, glad to hear that your regular teacher's back now. How come she was out?

I'm fine, thanks for asking. Did you see my previous VM? Thought you wouldn't reply to it. But anyways, I made a new avatar and sig just yesterday (which I'm currently using). Like it?

    Hey!

I've been quite busy with school, especially since we had a sub cover a class for two days and the guy didn't teach half of the lessons, so I got a little behind, lol. Luckily, my regular teacher returned today (she's awesome at teaching)

    How are you?

Hey Gyardo. You don't seem to talk much lately. So, what's up? Busy with things lately?

I sometimes doubt few of my first answers, then I'd start erasing it and changing it with another answer; the next thing I know, I actually got my first answer right, yet I changed it. Knowing this mistakes makes me want to face-palm myself. But anyways, just had the last set of exams, which is English, Mechanical Tech., Electrical Tech. and Computer Tech. As usual, English was the easiest, since I like the subject. The other three was moderate, and I didn't study well in those subjects so I just used logic and context clues. xD Oh man, you could have known that pattern; you wouldn't have a hard time knowing the answers then!

We didn't go to any beaches in Florida back then so I didn't know about that until now when you told me about it. I like going into the water with clothing and shoes too because... well, just for fun. I wouldn't be able to swim well though. And no, I don't know what creatures that linger within the waves. :cer_tongue:

I don't think I've asked this before, but what games do you play?

I'm glad you found them decently easy. I always make dumb mistakes on Math tests for some reason. I guess because I think I have some sort of test anxiety lol, if that exists, of course. I always notice patterns on tests, too! It's funny because most teachers try to avoid them, but some always have this similar pattern to their tests. I remember one year a history teacher of mine had this pattern to his test answers, but he changed that once someone in the class mentioned it. >.< Dumb girl, lol.

It's funny you mention rocky beaches because where I live (on the east coast of the US), the beaches are not rocky at all. In fact, you won't see any rocks at all. On the other hand, if you go on the west coast of the US, it's like as though the beaches were made of pure rock, lol. There are rocks everywhere! It's interesting to see how Earth's geography works. :] Honestly, though, whenever I go to the beach, I like going into the water prepared with a shirt on, footwear, etc, because you never know what might be lingering within the waves. @[email protected] lol

Just had my third set of exams. Algebra was pretty much the easiest exam I had taken, though I can sense a bit that I made a single mistake in one item. Oh well, I'll probably get a high score. Other than Algebra was Asian History, and it was moderate, but there's a pattern. I noticed that most of the answers in the test are letter A, so I had many consecutive A's in my test paper. xD

Heheh, yeah it's pretty cool. Sometimes, there's a gift stuck inside the package, and I would try to search it until the very bottom. My relatives in Canada really give great things, and food.

The beach we went in Hawaii was rocky, so I had to wear footwear (that's also suitable for swimming). There are only rocks in the sides of the shore, so nothing to worry much about hitting your face onto the rocks or anything like that.

Ahhh, well I suppose that you not being able to recite it the first time actually helped you out. xD Speeches are definitely difficult to create, and they require a lot of recitation practice. You need to be able to look confident while delivering it and stuff, and the point needs to get across to the audience. I'm not very good with public speaking, and my college requires all students to take one speech class. It's gonna be torture for me, haha. :p I'm glad your test was easy! Mine was as well. :] I finished it within an hour too!

I've never heard of Basmati rice, but from what I've just searched online, it seems like I've seen it before (and possibly have tasted it before, too, but didn't know it was Basmati rice). I've never had black rice, either! Ahhh! I feel like I've been missing out! xP Honestly, the only rice I've heard of/eaten before is white and brown rice, haha.

There's a lot of my family, too, that I just "hear of" and have never seen before, unfortunately. I suppose you aren't able to see them because of distance, so yeah. But it's cool that you have family spread across the world, and it's even cooler that some of your family in Canada sends stuff to you! I love receiving things from other countries because it feels so "different", you know? :D

I feel like I'm too clumsy to be able to surf, haha. I'd probably be falling off the actual board a million times, and that probably wouldn't be pleasant crashing into salt water face-first. xD

    Hey Gyardo!

You know what happened with my speech? Well I didn't get to recite it, because we had a long test and we did not have any time to recite. Thank goodness though, since I'm not even done with my speech! xD It's pretty hard to think of a good one, and it must be realistic. Still, my first speech was decent and I did receive an applause. :) The Statistics test was super easy! Took me less than an hour to finish it without doubt. And good luck with your test!

Yeah, white rice is softer. My favorite kind of rice is Basmati rice. Ever heard of it? Well it's like plain white rice but thinner. They taste really good too in my opinion. I remember before I disliked black rice because of, well, its color; but now I realized that it's not that bad.

Yeah, almost all of my family relatives live in different parts of the world. Some live in New Zealand, Australia, Italy and so on and so forth. Although, I didn't get to meet them yet personally, I just heard of them. My aunt, uncle and cousins from Canada would usually send a package to us filled with clothes, food, medicines and other household needs, and they're not seen or common in our place. :D And believe me, once you start surfing, you'll pretty much get tired easily since you have to paddle against the current and must catch a good wave. And then, it is up to you if you want to stand on the surfboard or lie down on your chest. I almost got dizzy after doing a few tries. xD

Ahahaha, I thought we had a bigger time difference. :] Aww, that sucks about what happened with your speech! I assume your teacher will let you redo your speech and recite it again. Hopefully this time around you'll make an awesome one, although I'm sure your first was excellent. ;) Good luck on your statistics test! I'm sure you'll do fine. I also have a math test tomorrow. It will be the fourth of this semester!

They definitely do look the same (I searched red rice up). I've never seen or heard about it, however, until you mentioned it recently in the previous VM. I assume it's just as healthy as brown rice, and of course, healthier than white rice. What makes me not like brown rice much is the texture. It seems a lot harder to chew than white rice, and it tastes grainy, lol, but that's just my opinion. I like how white rice is usually softer.

You have family all over the world! That's pretty cool! I can't think of any of my family who lives abroad in any other country except the United States. I hope you really did enjoy your trip here. :p It's a lot of fun for tourists, I imagine. For natives, not so much. xD I've never surfed before, but I imagine Hawaii is definitely the best place to do so if you'd like to learn, haha. The waves there much be amazing, seeing as you're surrounded by water on all four sides!

You are correct, it is Monday, and it was early morning by the time you posted your reply, 6:33 AM to be exact (heh, we're 12 hours apart). School was good, and I recently did a speech in Asian History; however, I was not able to create a good one, so I told my teacher if I could recite again with a new speech, and my mother will be helping me with it. Tomorrow will also be my Statistics test, so I gotta prepare all right!

They kinda look the same though, but I see red rice and brown rice being sold separately in groceries. They pretty taste nothing different to plain white rice, but it is said to be healthier.

Yeah, pretty much half of the family lives abroad. I also have an aunt and uncle living in Canada. I had fun in Florida, and yeah there were many festivals in your state, but it's just that we only had a week there to stay and then we had to go to Hawaii afterwards. Hawaii is very peaceful, and I love the smell of nature! I actually tried surfing, but it's not that easy to do. xD

Sorry for the super late response! I was out pretty much all of yesterday, and today I've been studying for most of the day. I'm free now, though. :]

I've eaten white and brown rice before. I'm not sure if you guys consider brown rice to be red? If not, I've never tried it, but I really want to now! xD

Your aunt and uncle live in the US? That's pretty cool! I live in Florida, and it's okay. I guess if you live somewhere for so long, you get bored of it after a while. What's good about Florida is that we have a large amount of different types of people living here. I guess this state has a lot more festivals than any of the others in the U.S. combined. :p Hawaii is pretty cool! I haven't visited but I really want to go there on a vacation. It looks extremely nice and peaceful. xD

It's Sunday night here (6:33 PM). I assume it's already or nearly morning for you (Monday). If it is, hope you have a great time at school/whatever you need to do today!

Yeah, rice is a staple for many Asian countries, like mine. We're actually eating red rice than plain white rice, for a change. Have you seen red rice before? And heh, I guess my question was a bit too plain or simple.

I've seen some pictures of the U.S. Independence Day celebrations from my aunt and uncle, who're living in the U.S. too. By the way, two years ago I went to Florida as a part of the family trip (then went to Hawaii where my other aunt, uncle and cousins are). The celebrations looks pretty amazing.

    Saturday night here! :D

Go enjoy your Saturday and your lunch! :p

The Fourth of July is a huge holiday here. It's one of my favorites, honestly, and it makes me feel proud to be American. xD

I don't know how to answer that question. Every culture/city/state is different when it comes to what foods they eat. I am Hispanic myself, so you will see me eating a lot of Hispanic food. But I also enjoy eating typical American foods and trying out foods from other cultures as well. I love rice, although I don't eat it much. I know rice is a staple for many Asian countries. xD

Ah yes, it's midnight I see. It's lunch time however in my place, so I'll probably get to talk to you well by nighttime here.

I know about 4th of July. Yeah, I don't understand their intentions, but what they receive from that is pain. Hope they learn from their mistakes.

What meals do you usually eat there? In here, we always have rice meals.
