Honestly, I'd not mind being a mod myself...because I love PC so much. But in the same breath, I also don't want to be a mod because I know it'd probably bring out the worst in me if I ever got promoted beyond that. x3

Still, I avoid being active enough, or liked enough by staff to be modded for a reason. I don't really have the time or patience to be a moderator as of yet. If there is a way I can help PC it's usually via donating or just plain giving the staff my two cents on things I can see being discussed or considered.

I may gripe and complain about the staff around here, but I don't hate any of them, with the exception of one or two who openly hate me, and hated me first anyways. The ones I don't hate usually do their jobs as needed and rarely ever get too harsh.

Power corrupts, sorta thing? lol. I used to want to be a mod, but then I realized what I would actually have to do...

Eh...he can be a pretty heavy handed player when it comes to things that are spam, but he's alright once you get him to listening. xD

Still, I think that's just the S-mod juice pumping through him...it makes nice mods turn a bit um...catty. x3

My Nightclub had a run-in with Patchisou Yuhtoru... It had been moved to ORP from OT and he did not approve, so he basically insulted everyone and locked the thread. I don't think he realized it started in OT... so I PMd him and asked politely for everything to be put back to normal.
He didn't seem very nice... but he was fair.

...unapproachable is the understatement of the century. Most of them are positively horrid to you if you ain't in their little 'clique'

Of course Rukario, Lightning, Arcanine, Ausadriel and Sylphiel are nice folk, I wish more of 'em were like that. Signomi was a great mod when she was one, and some of the newly promoted s-mods like Drew and Pachisou Yuhtoru are alright usually. There are only two smods to watch out for mainly, and that's Luke and Matthew. (they modded n00b heavy sections, so they're terrible to get along with usually)

The rest of the team is tolerable. They don't give people heck, but they sure aren't welcoming folks who just VM them to say hi. xD

The new staff seems... unapproachable to me. I was friends with some of the old staff... like Chairman Kaga.

lmfao. That's a little harsh but yeah, using chatspeak when writing fanfiction is just...terrible.
Of course, the n00bs aren't always the worst part about PC nowadays...The staff is almost as bad sometimes. x3

Oh gosh, yes. I reported the post after I just skimmed it, saying that she should never be allowed to post fanfiction again.

    Yeah...sadly I can. u.u

I think all fanfictions posted like that should be immediately infracted, that's not writing, that's SPAM!

Totally. I can't believe some of the things I see... where do they think this is? Facebook? The occasional badly-spelled long word or 'u' I can accept, but when the whole post is misspelled and abbreviated? No. And I've seen FANFICTION posted like that! Can you believe it?

    INNORITE??!?!

Seriously, we never were so lazy as to use chatspeak or ignore our spelling or grammar when posting. (PC sure as hell ain't frigging Twitter or a text message, so there's no damn excuse for the excessive abbreviation of using chatspeak through the entire post)

So true. A few of them I just can't even stand looking at their posts. Others are just... I can't talk to them. I mean wow, who taught them social skills? I joined PC at age eleven, and I could talk to people in an acceptable manner.

Hahahaha. Yeah, we had much less for rules back then, but we weren't as stupid either. XD

The kids nowadays are just....ugh. They do nooby things now that we would have NEVER done, even in our newb days.

Oh, gosh. Don't I know it. Kids these days.. not nearly as rowdy in the new club. Next to no fighting, little alcohol... they are so timid!
...Or maybe we were just delinquents. And had so much less for rules back then.

Ahhh. Ok. That's from the olden days. XD

Much has changed about PC. It's nowhere nearly the way it used to be. x3
