    I guess Other is used as it covers both Exponents and Roots. Although BREDMAS has a nice ring to it.

    We use BODMAS. Brackets Other Division Multiplication Addition Subtraction. WTF is PEDMAS? (Well, I can guess the last four, and now the first one...)

    Even PEMDAS uses parentheses! Unless you use BEDMAS over there...
