September 29th, 2012 11:39 AMTokoStill that error message. Well, like I said it may be a temporary problem and it may work on another day so let's try it again then. I'll contact you if I see you're online.
Thanks anyway for going trough all the trouble today and being willing to trade. I'm definetely still up for it! :D -
September 29th, 2012 11:37 AMMiauWell that didn't work either. We'll have to try some other time, if you're still up for it :)
-
September 29th, 2012 11:33 AMTokoAlright, I'm in the room. Let's hope it will.
-
September 29th, 2012 11:31 AMMiauOk then. My boyfriend also suggested port forwarding, so let's see if this works.
-
September 29th, 2012 11:22 AMTokoOne last thing we can try today: I still have my sister's DSi so let's try it with that one.
I had to reset my FC. The new one is: 2065 6871 2283.
If this doesn't work. We'll just try another time. -
September 29th, 2012 11:20 AMTokoYes, it is weird that everything works, but that.
Maybe this router doesn't like trading :D
Well, I'm still interested in those Pokemon and I can wait since my team is serving its purpose right now, so we'll just keep in contact and keep trying on other days, I guess? -
September 29th, 2012 11:15 AMMiauFound same thing earlier today. 1. I'm sitting exactly above my router, since it's under the desk :D and 2. I already reset it twice today. Maybe the router is the problem, we bought it recently and I can't really remember if I've traded over WiFi since we got it. It's still weird, since we were able to battle and I can use the GTS, and Game Sync for Dream World just fine.
I really appreciate you Googling this for me as well, thank you. -
September 29th, 2012 11:08 AMTokoSuggestions I've found on the Internet:
1. There is interference between you and the router. You need to move closer or eliminate the interference.
2.It is sometimes a problem with Nintendo, but also sometimes your router. It could be blocking incoming and outgoing packets to Nintendo. My router has that problem at times and I have to connect twice or reset it.
(These are quotes of people having similar problems) -
September 29th, 2012 11:05 AMTokoFrom what I've seen on Google other people seem to have the same problems, I'm still looking for a solution though.
-
September 29th, 2012 11:04 AMTokoIf you had another DS on hand, you could try using that one if not, I think it's just a temporary problem since you could trade in the past. So if you Google the problem, I'm sure something will come up.
Don't worry about me, I can wait. :) -
September 29th, 2012 11:02 AMMiauHappened again. I was actually able to trade today over GTS as well.
-
September 29th, 2012 10:58 AMTokoThe battling mode seems to work fine. So there must be something wrong with that trading communication. It's not your DS Wifi.
-
September 29th, 2012 10:49 AMMiauOkay, I'll be right there.
-
September 29th, 2012 10:47 AMTokoYou didn't and are not wasting my time, don't worry :)
-
September 29th, 2012 10:46 AMTokoOr let's try a battle, just to see if that works. If it does, then trade afterwards.
