November 13th, 2013 5:14 PMCruxNo, unfortunately not yet. -...-
I was literally sitting down to watch it the other night, but was interrupted. Goddamnit, life!
_…_
There, there, man. I know that feel. There, there. . .
Angel Beats! does indeed have action! It's like an Action/Drama/Supernatural anime, with soul-crushingly sad parts in it! Well, I like Slice of Life anime, so that sounds good! :D
Eh, Sword Art Online I actually rather liked. I found the second half/season to be far, far better though, to be honest.
It does annoy me though that now there's all these kiddies running around saying how awesome it would be to be in SAO. . . They seem to not get the whole psychological breakdowns/murder/suicide/mental torture/attempted rape, thing about it. :I
Dude, just don't google, read, or listen to anything about it before you finish the series! Though, I know that that's kind of hard, because of some people. . .
Okaaay, I think I needa cut the story part, actually. ,-,
Don't worry, though! After 'It' is over, and I have some more free time, I'm going to be hosting a second 'It' like game! It's all very hush, hush, for now, but I'll make sure to add you in as an actor! I know how much you like being on the list. . . >:D
Okay, so, have you ever seen Mushi-Shi? -
November 7th, 2013 1:51 PMderozioSo, did you check clannad out yet? :p And, well, I have heard Angel Beats is a depressing anime and I wish to watch it asap but I can't. ;____; Mobile doesn't support most videos on most sites and angel beats is not on youtube. Mobile supports only youtube. ;___; But I'll watch it once I get my computer back.
Oh, and yeah, AB has action too, right? Well, no action in clannad. It is a romantic slice of life with comedy and very depressing moments. Oh, and some supernatural stuff. No action, though.
I was talking about AB. Have already seen SAO. I didn't find that very appealing, sadly. SAO, to me, was just overrated. :[ It was a decent anime, yeah, but doesn't come anywhere near many others I have seen.
And damn right. Internet can be pretty cruel. Good for you that you manage to steer clear of spoilers almost always. I, on the other hand, ALWAYS get spoiled. :[
lol no way a useless bum like me has no role! :p -
November 3rd, 2013 12:04 PMCruxHah, thanks.
Oh geez. ;-;
Now I not only am wary of it, but highly curious too. . . Damn, guess I know what I'm watching tonight.
You should really Angel Beats! if you haven't yet.
I'm not the crying type, but I'll openly and unashamedly admit that Angel Beats! had me choking back tears. Throughout the series. It might just be because I could very easily relate to a number of the characters, like you said, but my god. It does have some comedic moments in it, of course, to break through all the feels, though. So it's not entirerly one of those shows that make you wish you'd never been born, haha. If you do watch it, by the way, watch it all the way through the end of the credits.
Wait, are you talking about Angel Beats! or Sword Art Online, here?
I try to generally avoid googling any anime, show, book, movie, game, etc before I watch, read, etc it.
Too many things have been ruined like that for me, before. The internet is a cruel place sometimes. . .
Heh, in relation to that PM, don't be modest.
Everybody has a role, it's just a matter of how long they last that decides how much of that role becomes clear.

November 2nd, 2013 9:59 AMderozioWell, it is my first time seeing something like that, so that's that. Plus, in fact, even if it weren't so, I think you're doing a great job with the game. I enjoyed reading all the stuff you write. Its interesting, haha.
Well, I haven't seen Angel Beats! yet so I can't say but people call it one of the most depressing anime out there so there's that. It is only a matter of whether you manage to get attached to characters or not, really. I could relate to some characters in some aspects so it affected me a lot more in a few arcs than it might've done to anyone else. But yeah, first season, Clannad, doesn't have anything as sad as the stuff that comes in the second season, Clannad After Story. First season is mostly build up for the second. Mostly a high school comedy + slice of life with a little supernatural elements here and there. But yeah, I'd say that you should have some tissue papers with you for sure lol.
I sure am looking forward to watching it. I don't think it is on youtube, though, is it? I could only watch clannad because it was all there on youtube. My phone doesn't play stuff from other place and the earliest access to my pc I can have is after five months. :(
Also, friendly advice - Don't google clannad if you plan to watch it. I got spoiled on the second season's ending. Was searching for 'the most depressing anime' and clannad sat on the top at the site with angel beats at the second place. But the very first comment on clannad spoiled so much omg. So yeah, stay away from googling clannad. :p -
November 2nd, 2013 9:29 AMCruxWell, I'm glad! :D
I was afraid that people would have seen one of the original threads, and really dislike how I changed the beast. ('It' was originally more werewolf like then anything.) Or my crappy writing. o-o
Wait- wait- wait-
It's not one if those really, really depressing ones, like Angel Beats! is it? I don't mind watching a sad anime, but I'll need to brace myself first. . . One Peice? Man, I was watching that before and stopped for a while. . . Last time I checked there was now over six-hundred episodes, though, so I think I missed that train.
Yeah, Soul Eater does have some shameless fanservice peices in it, but if you don't mind that then it's definitely a great anime. One of the very few that even the characters I didn't like have now grown on me.
How about Sword Art Online? Have you seen that one?
Okay, I'll do that now then. -
November 2nd, 2013 9:06 AMderozioOh, so honest! :D But I'm still glad you did make it here, anyway. I'm enjoying it a lot so far. :3
Clannad is, simply put, one of the most emotionally moving anime out there. There's a good reason, I'd believe, that clannad after story is at #4 spot of its top anime page. I began watching it on 31st. And here I am, after only two days, I have seen 44 episodes. Completed the canon storyline. I mean, I definitely wouldn't have done it if it weren't any good. The only anime that has made me cry is probably one piece in one of the most emotional moments of the entire series. But clannad made me cry harder and more times than once. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone. Even non anime fans. Because it is such a touching series. In fact, I plan on watching the series with my family, if possible. Absolutely love it. As for soul eater, I personally was put off by the excessive fanservice in the initial episodes. But I'm older now and can stomach even nudity in my animu so I guess it won't be a problem lol.
And yeah, I don't mind. Please PM me. -
November 1st, 2013 8:42 PMCruxEh, you do know I didn't conceptualize it, right?
I've seen the idea of an 'It' type game twice before, but one was more Mafia like, and the other had some really strange rules. I'd love to take the credit, but I really shouldn't. :t
Hey, great! It's good to be lazy, sometimes!
I haven't seen Clannad, is it any good? I'm watching Soul Eater right now, and my god is it fantastic!
Hm, well, a couple people have asked me that already, and I'm not entirerly sure I want to say, because it may well make the game seem less fun.
But, if you really, really want to know, then I'll PM you about it. Just ask. -
November 1st, 2013 8:19 PMderozioI'm glad it ain't a big problem. And I hope people do play it properly from now on. Good game, man. I like it. Good job.
And, well, yeah, looks like it! I'm alright, just being lazy and lying on the bed till my clannad after story episodes finish downloading. Will watch at least 12-13 episodes today and finish the series today, lol. What about you? Oh, and if you don't mind me asking, what exactly was the criteria for selecting people who'd be hunted down by it? Did you randomly pick anyone you saw or something else? -
November 1st, 2013 8:08 PMCruxHey, no problem, man.
If anything it was fortuitous, as now there's a higher chance that others will make sure to not, and you also saved the two that xseed removed without saving, anyway.
I don't think we've talked yet, by the way.
How are you? -
November 1st, 2013 8:00 PMderozioSorry, didn't notice that I posted twice in the same round. Will not happen in the future. :3
