Its not really a glitch, hehe. The programmers meant it to be that way =).
I never tried breeding shinies that way myself. Now that we mention it, i will try today.

Hehe I thought it was something more complicated than that. Wow people really find glitches to abuse in ALL kinds of games. lol I might try it myself when I get some foreign ones! >=D

Ya you just gotta look at the names =)
Just to be on the safe side, most people just use japanese pokemon with english/european/us pokemon. Because you can easily identify japanese ones =)

Ah is that why people ask for Pokemon from abroad and all. Well, how would you know they're from abroad? Obviously Japanese ones would be in japanese and german ones would probably be named in german as they translate all their games lol same with spanish sometimes i suppose..

Well the shiny breeding trick is just using 2 pokemons from different region/language version.
It increases the rate of getting shiny from 8192:1 to 2048:1, meaning increased the chance of getting shiny by 75%. But still its not as simple as maths...
Also even if people breed shinies, theys wont get perfect IV/nature straight away...

They've found a trick to breeding shiny in the new games too it seems though... And I've in fact ran into three wild shiny pokemon, and never chained. Well, still looking for Entei and Suicune at lvl 40 ' .. theyre hard to find it seems.. harder than shiny legendary beasts too apparently. lol

Well there was a trick to breed shiny in pokemon gold/silver, but other than that it is really hard to breed shiny.
The only way of catching them is through chaining, and thas not so easy either =).
So did you get your legendary dogs?

Ya, I mean its pretty obvious.
You wont find anyone who played pokemon games as much as me.
I spend sooo much time breeding pokemons to get a good IV/nature combination. And have only 2-3 shinies in my whole life. Averrage 5-6 hours on normal weekdays.
(caught many shinies through Chaining/poke radar though...).
And everyone gets perfect IV/Nature shiny, thatz just a bit too obvious that those are cheated...

Definitely not. =] But you can thank hacks for that ! More than two thirds of the Shinies and Legendaries out there are hacks '

Ya same here. Shinies are just not as "cool" as they used to be...
Reason: There are more shiny pokemons available for trade than normal pokemons, lol.
so normals are the cooler ones =P

To be honest, I don't care much about Shinies, only Shinies I do like is Ninetales and Rapidash, but that's only based on looks. Other than that I prefer non-shiny! I'm just looking for a shiny Entei and Moltres to complete the trios. lol

Ya, i just traded away two Pokemon's so far.
1 shiny Togekiss to Painter(he didnt offer my shiny in his trade shop, thatz good )
and a EVd Typhlopsion to polkop(he did offer my pokemon in his trade shop, lol).
Some(actually most) of my pokemons are too great to give away, because no one will value them after making 1000 of clones..
