    Whoops!

    Oh man, Xena's the best.
Yes, let's not revisit the Buffy thing. Still trying to forgive you for that one, haha.

How dare he have the audacity to say such things.

But but, I'm married to Netflix. UNFAITHFUL LITTLE -

    Never seen Xena ;;
I've seen the other three though, Charmed was great (I've only seen a few episodes though), Ghost Whisperer was pretty good too, Buffy was horrible (IMO IMO OK). I think we've already been over this Buffy thing.

    DEATH DESTROYER OF WORLDS.

I'm afraid I'm already in a committed relationship... with Netflix!

Prison Break is one of the best. It stands as one of my old favorites amongst Charmed, Buffy, Ghost Whisperer, and Xena.

Thanks for the warning, and HAHA at that last image. I. AM. THE. DEMON. WOLF!!!

Also I should warn you, Breaking Bad is a very sad show. Like, very few happy things occur throughout the show and I just wanted to warn you. I posted this on Imgur a while back, should basically sum things up (MRW = My Reaction When btw). [Link]

    WILL U MARRY ME

Prison Break was an amazing TV Show. I've seen it like 4/5 times by now at least haha. It's actually the second TV Show I got into, following NCIS.

Have I seen it? Dude, Prison Break is still one of my favorite shows. I know people give it flack after its first season, but I still enjoyed it as much.

    It's. That. Good.

He really did. We kinda swapped advice, he got me into Breaking Bad while I got him into White Collar. We were already into a few similar shows that we both had a strong passion for (Burn Notice and Prison Break).

Yeah speaking of Prison Break, have you seen it?

    Oh. My. God.

If you were willing to spend that much time and use so many words to persuade me to watch it, then I guess I'm going to have to give it a try. I don't know if I'll start on it right away since a lot of my shows are right around the corner. Plus, it's on its final season and I doubt I'd be able to catch up in time, but I'll definitely put it under My List on Netflix to get on it as soon as possible.

Seems like Kristian got you in. DEEP.

I've heard a lot of things about Breaking Bad, but the premise of the show itself doesn't really interest me and from what I've seen, I've never really cared for it.
I honestly used to think the exact god damn thing. Kristian (Linkandzelda) went on and on and on about how 'amazing' Breaking Bad was on Skype for a little over a year. My thoughts were basically: "I AM NOT INTERESTED IN A SHOW ABOUT SOME DUDE WHO COOKS METHAMPHETAMINE OK."

Then one day when I was updating my 'to try then decide' shows list I was like: "OK KRISTIAN I WILL WATCH BREAKING BAD JEEZ."

I watched one episode and literally could not stop. This show is fantastic. The characters are unbelievably compelling, with character development up the wazoo and literally hundreds upon hundreds of very interesting sub-plots within sub-plots and hidden clues and filming methods that make the story-telling experience immensely submersing and amazing.

Although I usually disregard what critics say (because I really hate their guts), I have to take a 99% approval on Metacritic to mean something. I mean, I really can't remember a show that had a 99% approval rate on Metacritic. Not one. 1173 reviews. 1173. AND IT GOT A 99%. I can't even...

I'd usually be like: "I recommend this show", but right now I can't simply recommend it because I feel like I'm failing TV fans around the globe if I don't force you to watch this show. (It's on Netflix which is a plus).

Every episode has a short prologue before the opening credits that will make you cringe. These prologues either explain something from the past that made no sense, utilizing third-person story telling, sometimes they start up a new mystery that will make no sense at all until further on into the show, or they can simply reveal some of the show's ideology in a really interesting way.

It's very puzzling at times, but in ways that will make you, excuse the language, s*** your pants. Every episode you watch will clear up more of the mystery while making it even foggier. It builds up in a way that you have to pause the show for a bit, stand up and take a short walk simply in order to absorb what had just happened. Every event, no matter how small, will add more and more to a very large and particularly complex and impressive web of information that will boggle your mind and just make you crave more.

And the one single most powerful tool the producers utilize in this show are the 'wtf scenes', per se. Every now and then, this one scene will show up where you will just stand up and quite loudly declare: (again excuse the language, this is really the only way I can convey my point) "Holy. F***ing. S***."

Really sorry for the wall of text, But yeah anyways, watch it. watch it now. There is now way in HELL that you could regret it.

That's very true, and with a practice in medicine you don't really leave a lot of time for yourself to focus on both. Though that doesn't mean you can't later like you said.

I've heard a lot of things about Breaking Bad, but the premise of the show itself doesn't really interest me and from what I've seen, I've never really cared for it.
