omg I looooove NBC. <3 I usually buy plushies at the Disney Store. I have an Elsa, a Cheshire, a Keia, a Chewie and an Aurora~ I forget what others I have from that store. They do have nice clothes online too! I really want a plushie of Julia. She's the girl in my current theme. She's also the first autistic muppet, and she reminds me of myself. She's so sweet, even though she's a little different...which really isn't a bad thing!

Yeah. I usually do it on my iPad, but it never comes out as planned. :c

Heck yeah I do! Jesus of Suburbia is a favourite, and American Idiot and some other song I cannot remember for the life of me. A very good band.

I tried it a while back but progress inched along and then the computer broke. I need precision! And you can't get anymore precise than a pencil sharpened to deadliness. That's where it's at.

Do you like Green Day? They are so gooooooood. I love their music! I know what you mean. I'm not very good at digital art, but my drawings do come out better that way. I mostly do head shots only with digital art.

I'd sort of like to start a gallery in the art studio, despite being rough and... terrible. I've been at it since day one but I still make the eyes uneven! I am fundamentally horrible at everything, lmao, except I reckon you don't see enough pen(cil)-on-paper nowadays. Digital art is amazing but it mustn't replace its origins.

U2 is a preference of mine. With or Without You is just... wow. Always rises up something in the chest. And Sunday Bloody Sunday is gnarly.

I got them. o/ Also, if you want to see my art... I have a thread for it in Art Studio. :3 Huh... looks like you found it! I'm hoping to get more Tombow markers later on. Also, I love 80s stuff. My mom always listens to it in the car when we go places. Bon Jovi and Journey are among my favorites. <3

It's always fun getting your hands on new drawing materials, isn't it? Personally, I use a selection of faber-castell colour pencils and they see me through excellently. You can do nearly anything with them. But I saw your thread and you seemed to use pens? That's pretty cool. I never had the knack for them.

If you ever want good pencils for outlines and whatnot, Staedtler is a good brand. They don't get that scratchy feeling and are very durable. Faber-Castell isn't as brilliant in that aspect - they're mainly good for colours, no matter the product.

I listen to everything, but it kind of keeps to a lowkey pop-rock-feels kind of thing. Big fan of the 80's, too. Lately it's Dead or Alive.

I'm trying to see if my dad will go to a craft store, if we have enough money. I want to get these pastel markers that are similar to copic ones. I don't have pastel colors... :c I really want to try some to make my drawings prettier.

I listen mostly to metalcore/emo stuff... so it wouldn't surprise me if I liked them. I'll have t check them out later.

Very sad song. One of the saddest I know of, though, is Wouldn't It Be Good by Nik Kershaw. There's a whole lot of pain in there.

I used to listen to a band called Short Stack which is sort of in the same genre as the music you listen to, I think. It's Australian and emo, and sort of embarrassing in hindsight but it wasn't without a few catchy tunes. Maybe you'd like it.

Yeah. I found a new band called Falling in Reverse. They're actually really good imo. My hero Kellin really likes them because he has shirts he's worn of theirs. Ronnie, the FiR lead singer wrote a song about his older brother who died in a car crash or something... and it's so sad, yet it's such a beautiful tribute to the love he had for him too. </3

Nice! I've been meaning to do some paranormal stuff myself, but I'm terrified of making it cringey or slapdash. My monster-in-the-wall thing turned out to be a big commitment and at the time I was just like... smacking my head on the keyboard and hoping to conjure up some words. But yes! Go for it. Paranormal things are brilliant, and the more chilling the better. It's always good to get a few chills with stories like that. Not necessarily any violence, but a jarring sentence which is all shivery. Like in Watership Down, someone says: 'There's a dog loose in the wood.' Well, it's made scary because they're all rabbits, but still. And then in some other book, a high consciousness remarks that 'There is no right state of mind'. So absolute madness and depravity is, like... my vocabulary died but yeah, you get the gist.

That's pretty bizarre, but I believe you 100%. My house is brimming with ghosts, and I sort of did an exorcism thing a while back. Long story, but yeah, there is a ghost who stays in the hallway and we're on good terms - lots of respect circulating, a shared preternatural knowingness. Then there's a malign, frustrated one in the backroom, and then there's the oddity who is always opening and slamming the doors. I'm running a bloody ghost hotel. Good fun, though.

It's nice how you've still got familial influences about. I recently lost a grandmother who I literally didn't know, and I think there's another funeral on the horizon, very sadly. But that sort of thing has no impact on me. Maybe in a few months or years the magnitude of it will finally dawn on me, yet there's this annoying pervasive numbness about stuff like that. I can't process anything. Watching a movie, on the other hand, or listening to jazz - that can make me teary and melancholic. My emotions are a bloody mess, lmao.

Sorry for the delay. D: I don't know why I've been distancing myself from PC. I LOVE this place so much... ;w; I have my reasons lol. Anyway, I'm trying to write a new story with five students; three girls and two boys. It's about how they attend a brand new school for those with special abilities/disabilities. Basically, the school used to be an old mental hospital for people that weren't able to take care of themselves (IE disabilities and such). Because of this, the school is said to be haunted by both good spirits and bad spirits. It's up to these five students to use their abilities and skills or whatever to solve the mysteries and help the lost spirits move on. <3

I'm a huge sucker for paranormal. I believe in it quite heavily, especially the spirit side. One time, I was sleeping on the couch. I opened my eyes and saw this man standing over me. He wore a flannel shirt and jeans. He didn't really do anything... he just kind of stood there smiling, I think. It turns out that this man was actually my dad's brother. When I saw the picture of them both together, I knew right then and there that he was the one I saw. I think the reason for him doing that was because he wanted to check up on me and see how much I've grown. I never really knew him because he passed away when I was really young... so, it makes sense that he'd want to see me. I also have a very strong spiritual connection with my grandfather on my mom's side (she was a foster child, but she saw him as her real dad). Whenever times get really tough or I feel really depressed... it's almost as though I can feel him hugging me or sense him going "everything will be okay". He died when I was a year old, but we were still very close. He's also the reason for people calling me Kimi as well!

    So yeah. XD

It does get scary, but the good old fashioned kind, where the thrills aren't dependent on extreme violence or sinister things, like babies in awful situation and stuff. So anytime you're feeling brave, I recommend it. I've only seen one violent bit so far, which was actually the most suspenseful episode to date. Looking forward to season 3! It ought to be a riot. But all of the child actors will have gone through puberty about now, so they're going to look/sound quite different. I wonder what the time jump will be from season 2 to 3, or if they won't acknowledge the children's growth at all.

Gasp! Okay, firstly, how did you find somebody that pretty? I scour for women on the internet all the bloody time and none of them look remotely like that!
... well I don't exactly scour. I happen on and rub my hands together in glee. But it's so hard finding female templates! Good job on yours, though. And I like the name. I might steal it, and the beauty is that you'll never know. Oh, the joys of plagiarism via internet!

Okay, well I won't use the name Memphis without your permission because my conscience is very debilitating indeed.

Good news, though - I found this epic website that sells 80's themed t-shirts! https://www.80stees.com/

I've got a loose 50 dollars hanging around, so I might shimmy over to their clearance site and buy some ninja turtles gunk junk.

I've never seen Stranger Things... too creepy for me. :c Right now, I'm trying to write about a transfeminine (this is the term one of my close friends used to describe herself) character who falls for a guy. She's, of course, autistic as all my main characters are. Yeah, I know the feeling all too well. D:

This is my transfeminine character -- Memphis btw. <3

It was good! I watched Super 8, which I majorly enjoyed, and I just had a visit from a relative. Productive and fun.

That being said, right now I'm pissed because of emotions. A lot of it is sourced from writing frustration. I wanted to do something 80's, but then I realised I had no plot, that I wanted to switch the characters, and that I'd be better of doing an 80's sci fi and GOOD LORD I hate writing right now.

If you get any Stranger Things, Super 8, E.T esque ideas, feel free to tell me.

    How about you?
