    Tha'ts fine. And yeah, luckily these pretzels are low-salt and are shaped like alien creatures from Mischief Makers. What a boon.

    I'm listening to weird 60's music at the moment while porridge brews - Bobby Fuller's Let Her Dance. I psyducking love it, lmao.

    It's better, but I don't feel like playing youtube atm. D: I don't care much for pretzels... too salty.

    Don't have discord. Only... pretzels! Huzzah. They'll actually extraordinarily filling, so I spoiled my dinner last night, watched The Danish Girl, practically cried and then made a wish on ten shooting stars. Pretty awesome.

    How's your audio situation?

    Brain surgery? Good lord. Sounds extraordinarily terrifying - having people poke around in your head with scalpels. It's amazing, though. We've come a long way from just drilling holes in skulls and crossing our fingers, lmao.

    Well, I hope she gets better!

    And I was gone for ages 'cause of the PC downtime and typing. I wrote two rubbish things that I ended up discontinuing.

    So wassup? Enjoying Lets Go Pikachu?

    It's not yet. ;o; Sorry! I also just got Let's Go Pikachu. :3 Well, my mom did... but she can't play it. She has problems with her head after her brain surgery, and she also has a bad eye. D:

    Yeah, they can be more trouble than they're worth. But writing with a pre-existing universe makes thing so much more bloody easier! That way you can just type. Making stuff is rubbish most of the time.

    Oh yeah, if your audio system is any better, here is a great album:

    I'd do a cover of QB Blitz, no problem. That'd be amazing.

    omg I know! I tried to write my own story with original characters at Hogwarts, and it's not easy at all. D: I'm not very good with fanfiction to begun with. ><

    Well, if you're a bit out of date and haven't seen the movies for ages, then yeah, it'd be a nightmare. There's a lot to know. But for me, Harry Potter is bloody impossible at the moment. All the spells! The rules! The locations! I'm scared of contradictions and I'd hate to write one great big ball of misinformation and lacklustre imagination.

    But with a Star Wars fic, if you throw in a few mentions of hyper drives, thermal oscillators, lightsabers and spice wars, you're there. The more complex the better, but you'd be surprised at how little you can use and how far you can go.

    Yeah, that's true. I haven't really improved that much lately. It's so hard because I get confused. I suck at drawing too... I mean, I can draw and such... but not as well as others. :c omg... I want to write it too, but it's harder for me to understand the world of Star Wars and all that. ;o;

    Yeah, I understand.

    But I'm sure that if you keep at it and push horizons, you'll always be improving! It's basically just perfecting the things you do all the time, and once you hit a good record of success you branch off and try something new. Experimenting is the best way to get better, I reckon. Especially when it comes to drawing, and my lack of it explains why I still suck thirteen years after picking it up. Sigh...

    I want to do a Star Wars fan fiction, I think, but darn it's hard! What characters? Plot? Motivation? Everything?!!

    Easier than all the other things to make fan fictions of, though. Keeping abreast of all the information and the universe itself makes for much easier storytelling.

    I'm not sure if I'm improving or not. I'm a self-educated writer, so I learn mostly from others and such. It doesn't help that I have poor reading comprehension. Reading from books and stuff doesn't help me much. :c I mean, I'm trying to improve. It's just not easy when you have very little to learn from and no way to learn professionally. Everything costs too much these days, and I also get stressed easily, so online courses would be really tough. ;o;

    That's fine! Most of my stuff is utter rubbish, so I relate.

    I was feeling guilty about doing fan fictions, but then I realised that it was all practice - sharpening one's art style, getting better at content and dialogue, making characters more fleshed out. So as long as one is getting better, what you make is irrelevant.

    Yeah... sorry about that. I deleted it at last minute. I was going to send something else, but routine got the best of me... and I forgot. >< I've been dealing with a lot of writer's block myself to be honest. I can write, but I just feel like the stuff I do write isn't really good enough. D:

    Sorry for being so late! Funnily enough, I was writing but it went down an equivocal hole and the foundations were skimpy. It didn't help that my main character was only slightly more interesting than a chipped brick, either. If things don't get horrible in terms of writer's block, it'll be a fan fiction this time. Star Wars or Zelda, most probably.

    And I got your PM, but when I clicked on the link it said that the item had been removed or that it was unavailable or something. Now how can I plagiarise your stuff

    Once I create something brilliant, I'll show you but I just flipped through my old and new stuff and it's.... eugh. Going too complex doesn't do the story any favours, lmao.
