October 23rd, 2014 4:32 AMWicked3DSYeah, that's what I did. I'm looking forward to reading the later books since they are my favorite movies.
What exactly would you expect them to improve with tech? I thought they were pretty good in that sense with the effects and such. That, and for me it just wouldn't be right without the current actors. Maybe if they remade it years later for a new generation I'd be okay with it. Right now I'm looking forward to Fantastic Beasts. -
October 23rd, 2014 4:09 AMHiatusHaha. I've read some of them when I was younger, too, and started to forget all occurrences and whatnot as I grew, so I gave them another read or two eventually so that my memory could be refreshed.
I'm wondering if there's any chance of them rebooting Harry Potter movie series; with improved tech of today, I'm sure things would wind up even better! -
October 23rd, 2014 3:57 AMWicked3DSOh wow, looks like I have some catching up to do :P I've read the first three twice actually, but that's cuz I read them when I was younger and then never finished Goblet, so I wanted to read them again since it had been nearly 10 years since I first read them.

October 22nd, 2014 9:39 PMHiatusSure; if you'd like to try again, I'd recommend going for it!
Yep, read one for a total of four times, I believe, and another for three. As for rest, I've read them about once or twice. -
October 22nd, 2014 8:22 PMWicked3DSI actually downloaded an installer for TCGO and it didn't open so I gave up haha. Don't know what the problem was, maybe I should try it again? *shrugs*
So far, I've read it only twice.
I haven't even read half of it yet and you're talking ONLY twice? Have you read the others more than twice? -
October 22nd, 2014 8:18 PMHiatusHaha, that sounds pretty cheap. I'll consider giving it a go. I've played TCGO before, but stopped eventually, since I didn't always find myself buying new cards and expanding my horizon. Was into purchasing these things a whole lot back when I was younger; if only TCGO had existed back then!
That's good to know! I need to give the book a read again at some point, haha. So far, I've read it only twice. -
October 22nd, 2014 7:52 PMWicked3DSAlso do you play TCG Online? Thought about trying it but never did...
-
October 22nd, 2014 7:51 PMWicked3DSThat would be pretty cool, but I haven't played the game since the first gen of Pokémon cards, so I wouldn't know much about anything that's changed. I recommend it, it's only gonna be 6 bucks so it won't break the bank.
Also, I just read a couple of chapters from Goblet of Fire. I've decided to attempt to finish reading the books (again) haha. -
October 22nd, 2014 7:24 PMHiatusI've heard of it before, but haven't had any chance to give it a go. =( It'd be nice if they're able to create some game like this with all their modern formatting and mechanics. If they wish, perhaps they could also connect it to TCG Online?

October 22nd, 2014 6:31 PMWicked3DSIt's gonna be on the eShop for Virtual Console. I played that game a TON as a kid when it was out, it's a ton of fun to build new decks and try different things. Have you played it?
-
October 22nd, 2014 5:39 PMHiatusOh, that sounds pretty cool! Will they be remaking it for 3DS, or?
-
October 22nd, 2014 7:56 AMWicked3DSYeah, I may not get a bundle, but I really want the white one :P I really want The Order: 1886, that game looks really interesting. I'd also like to upgrade Destiny (which I need to play more haha).
Btw, I don't know if you ever played Pokémon TCG on Gameboy Color, but it's coming to 3DS virtual console next month and I'm really excited! -
October 22nd, 2014 7:26 AMHiatusAh, okay. I'm not sure if I'll be getting any bundle, though; it'll likely be just the console.
So, are you going to buy any PS4-exclusive game? -
October 22nd, 2014 7:11 AMWicked3DSNot yet, I'm planning on getting a PS4 at some point too, but not sure when. Been thinking about getting the GTA V bundle when that comes out, but I'm not sure if that's what I want.
-
October 22nd, 2014 5:40 AMHiatusOh, cool. I already have Xbox 360, so thought getting PS3 alongside would be sort of a money-waste. Though, I'm planning to stop following Microsoft by purchasing PS4, which I'll get done around Christmas, haha. Aside from Wii U, do you have any next-gen console?
