also, i have an idea and i want your thoughts:

basically, i sell lotto and other things in the store i work at, but, i feel that i should be working on getting into journalism. today i noticed a customer mentioned they do something really nice, which made me really hope they won the big prize in lotto.

later on this got me thinking after reading the lotto website for my state. this is all they have of the "human aspect":

they talk about grants to give to places, but none of the players, and none of their stories or backgrounds. not necessarily the big prize winners but the everyday ones. every day at work i hear interesting stuff from people who play lotto, and their backgrounds. would it be worth presenting an idea to lotterywest itself, to feature a page where i interview a player each week (an interesting one at least) so they can tell their stories and motivations behind playing lotto, and how the big prize would change their lives? the site has nothing else at all on that, so it'd be a completely unique idea there. thoughts?
